Usually I like bands a little less after watching them behind the scenes, but this film made me like Camera Obscura even more. Its interesting however to see what members of the band have less than stellar relationships with eachother
Awesome band! Just discovered them in December, as their single "Hey Lloyd, I'm Ready to be Heartbroken" is played during the opening credits of the movie PS, I Love You. I've always LOVED European/British pop, and am excited to add another band to my list. Oh, and thanks for explaining the "daleks". Sweet.
what a nice suprise of a film pt.1 and part.2 its just good to hear that people who are in a good band are not up their collective arse and im afraid im rambling .. anyway i liked the film (s) and i like camera obscura more after watching them
I hope this band doesn't go mainstream, I wish they make just enough money to have their band as a full time job. I want them to remain low lying, so their music remains cozy and dreamy especially to me.
I discovered this band through a friend who had bought their album on the back of an Amazon recommendation. They are exceptional. This album is something else, a shining talent. I read on their site they needed a grant from the Scottish Arts Council to afford to record their next album. Whoever is supposed to be managing and promoting this band should hand their heads in shame as should their record company. They should be huge not struggling for cash. Travesty!
Does Tracyanne say that she "wanted" to give up her day job or that she "wants" to give up her day job. Because if she still has to work a day job, it's really a sad state of affairs.
Wonderful !!! I adore Camera Obscura, and hope they continue making great music for many years to come. TracyAnne is sooooo beautiful !!
If they could only know how awesome they are!

One of the top indie bands of the 2000's easy.
Love this band; they're so awesome. Thanks for uploading this!

That's actually pretty interesting, Leaf. Thank you for explaining that!

Dear Camera Obscura, I love you guys!

This video has further solidified my intense adoration of Tracyanne and her band.

I love you, Traacyanne! You write the most beautiful music I've heard in ages. I wish all of you in the band the best!
oh yes!
Yay! Camera obscura! :D
Mainstream should go Camera Obscura
Best band from Scotland since Slik.
It s amazing how many bands that are pretty big still have to do day jobs
Thom York is still working as a butcher
Brian May is part time at B and Q
yup
she said i want to give up my day job and be in a band full time
but she might be joking
Fucking Awesome!
My apologies to the Scots. That should read "UK", not British, although I love English music as well....*quits while behind*.....
did you forget belle & sebastian

i fucking love you
Scotland is in Britain.
England+Wales+Scotland = Great Britain
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland = UK
because nobody has good tastes in music anymore. it's all about how you look as opposed to how you sound nowadays.
