When my daughter was 8 years old, we were listening to the BeeGee’s ‘Too Much Heaven’ in the car & she said: “Dad, when I get married would you dance this song with me?” I told her that I would. “You promise? Yes, I promise you.” Dad kept his promise to his beautiful daughter almost 20 years later. On New Years Eve 2019, I danced the Father of the Bride & Bride’s dance with my daughter to ‘Too Much Heaven’. Promise kept.
This song is iconic perfection. Barry, in the middle is the only one still with us. They have been my best music all my life since we are from the same time. Beautiful song! Great, true reaction!
They were 3 brothers, who sang together from the time they were 5 (Maurice and Robin were twins) and 9 (Barry, the one on the middle) years old. Barry, is the only one left. Both Robin and Maurice passed away from health problems. In the 70's they ruled the airwaves, having at one time, 6 of their songs in the top 10 on the radio airwaves. To say they were good, is an understatement.
And that's why! LOL! You've been Bee Geed. Tallest = Barry Gibb. No beard = Robin Gibb. Less hair on top = Maurice/Morris/ Mo Gibb. They are brothers. They are a category of their own and without equal.
"They are so angelic wow" What a great emotional reaction to this classic. The Bee Gees are in a class of their own. You made me emotional watching this. Bless your heart.
❤ "Too Much Heaven" is a song by the Bee Gees, which was the band's contribution to the "Music for UNICEF" fund. They performed it at the Music for UNICEF Concert on 9 January 1979. The song later found its way to the group's thirteenth original album, Spirits Having Flown. It hit No. 1 in both the United States and Canada.
They had their first hit in 1958 they have been singing since Barry was nine and the twins I believe were six. They continued in the 60s the 70s the 80s the 90s even into the early 2000s.
I just found your channel, and I loved your reaction! With this world going crazy, people being so evil, and full of hate, we can still share music, and that is what brings people together. Thanks!
God given natural talent. I'm sure being brothers helped them with harmonization. I don't think I've ever heard better. The only people that come close are the Pointer Sisters or the Andrew Sisters
Can never praise the Bee Gees to much they are truly amazing. They are brothers and have been singing since small children. They are known for the great harmonizing. There are so so many great songs in their catalog. To love somebody... lonely Days...Night Fever...Jive talking...Nights on Broadway.... Tragedy.... You should be dancing....Happy Ever After... More than a Woman...I could go on and on. I love the Bee Gees my favorite group of all time. Great reaction!!! I could see it in your face and see you felt it in your soul.
The Bee Gees have stood the test of time. I would suggest: "You Should Be Dancing," "Nights on Broadway," "Night Fever" (and watch the movie 'Saturday Night Fever, which has many of their songs), "Stayin' Alive," "I Started a Joke," "How Deep Is Your Love," and more.
That's what raw talent sounds like. There's so many Bee Gees songs for you. "You should be dancing", "Jive Talkin' ", "Stayin' Alive", "More than a woman", "Tragedy", "Night Fever". You can't go wrong with them. :-)
'The Bee Gees.' I was married a year before this song was released. The song would have been our wedding song, even if hubby said no. Maurice (on the right-short hair) While on his way to surgery for his intestines, he had a heart attack, yet the doctors operated anyway. (I heard Barry say this on a video.) He was in the hospital for only 2 days! Maurice (pronounced Morris) passed in 2003. I feel he should had been the lead on at least one song on every album. Robin (on the left-long hair) passed in 2012 from cancer. He and Barry complimented each other with their voices. Andy, the youngest brother, who had his own successful career. He passed in 1988, at the age of 30, from inflammation of the muscles around his heart. He and Barry could had passed as twins, even though he was 12 yrs younger than Barry. The 3 brothers were also married and had children. Barry (in the middle) said, "I am the last man standing." Barry is the eldest of the brothers. On September 1, 2021, he and his wife, Linda will celebrate their 51st wedding anniversary, which is also Barry's 75th birthday. They have 5 adult children, and 7 grandchildren. The Bee Gees have sold over 220 million records worldwide (probably more.) They were also writers for other musical artists. Barry just completed a new project called 'Greenfields: The Gibb Brothers Songbook.' It is very nice! On a side note, their sister, Lesley is the first born. She was 76, January, 2021. She lives a quiet life with her family. Listen to: Night Fever --- Emotion (a song written for Samantha Sang) --- You Win Again - Spirits (Having Flown-- ONE -- Staying Alive --- I spent 2020 and 2021 listening to all of their music videos, talk show guests, videos of growing up, family videos and whatever else I could find.
I loved these guys. Of the three brothers only, Barry, the lead singer is living. These guys surprised so many with such angelic voices. They will be missed.
Nunca mais ouviremos vozes tão perfeitas, harmônicas, maravilhosas e divinas como essas! Amo demais desde a minha infância! Bee Gees, The Best! From Paquetá Island - Rio de Janeiro - RJ - Brazil! 💖💖💖💖✨✨✨✨🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
originally they were called " The Bothers Gibb" Maurice, Robin & Barry Gibb they are real brothers eventually the name was changed to "The Bee Gees" sadly Maurice & Robin passed away & only Barry is left. They have so many hits you will so enjoy them!!!! loved your reaction!!!! God bless you !!!
You tube as a documentary on these guys lives. Born in Britain grew up in Australia, mum was a singer, left to further their career as teens, no formal training, just worked well together to write words and music, always sang together. Started working the pub as children. Set emotions to music, at 21 Barry was a master at his craft already. He has written over 1,000 songs, many hits, for the group and other artists. Wrote "Grease is the Word" for the movie "Grease."
NICE!! There's another video of this. Type in 'Bee Gees UNICEF 1979.' There is a purple glow around their faces. All of the proceeds went to UNICEF. Also, another excellent one Spirits Having Flown. A different tempo. And 'Alone'
So all of the money from this song was given to UNICEF. This was a live performance these guys were the greatest songwriters and singers that we’ve ever had in my opinion. Barry is in the middle he is the only one alive and I believe he is the oldest I think he’s 72. The left was Robin and his fraternal twin Maurice is on the right. Maurice passed in 2003 and Robin passed in 2012. They were younger brother Andy who was also a very talented singer passed in 1988. Next you have to do Fanny be tender with my love. I have a whole list for you but I’ll give it to you at a later time. Welcome to the wonderful world of the Bee Gees. They definitely stick an Arrow in your heart.
I absolutely love your reaction because they are just amazing with such angelic voices!!! I like that you appreciate the music, harmony and words so much!!
Barry the tallest brother is the only one still alive. And at 75 yr. he still sounds the same. He is wonderful..I have many wonderful memories dancing to their songs in the 70s.
Doesn't it make you wanna hug each one of them with thanks for bringing such joy to your life if only for a few minutes?! Have always loved the Bee Gees - since I was a little girl. Phenomenal. Thanks for sharing your reaction :)
Andy Gibbs, their younger brother was a great artist in his own right...he died in late 1990s..Robin and Maurice, the two on the outside died in 2005, and 2015 I believe...Barry Gibbs ( the center singer) died in 2020...RIP
Your reaction earned you a new subscriber. I just loved your emotions. Unfortunately, there is only 1 bee gee left. Barry, the oldest with the stunning falsetto. Sadly, Maurice and Robin (twins) both passed away much too young. Fall into ANY Bee Gees rabbit hole! You will be mesmerized! Robin also had an endearing voice! Please...investigate. There will be no disappointment. Thank God for CZcams! It keeps these phenomenal artists immortal!!! Have fun love!👏🌷
The term you are searching for is Unison. They sing in perfect Unison. Robin, Barry and Maurice (L-R) are/we're Brothers. Only Barry Gibb the main singer and eldest Brother is still alive. They originate from The Isle of Man in the UK and were responsible for the majority of the Soundtrack to the 1977 Disco movie Saturday Night Fever. They have also written and produced many hit songs for some of the greatest artists in the World.
Thank you for you’re awesome reaction! I luv your accent by the way ☺️ these brothers were 😇 Angels that came down here to Bless our 👂’s. RIP ROBIN, Maurice, and Andy.
Here are some songs you must listen to, Fanny be tender with my love, words, how can you mend a broken heart, love so right, love you inside and out, spirits having flown, one, to whom the Bell tolls. Those are some of my favorites. I can’t wait to watch your reactions. God bless you.
How beautiful but the most beautiful part is that it's a promise kept and fulfilled from father to daughter! The family structure must be preserved
Do u see how Barry whole face it Lit up and shining ❤ he was touched by an angel 3 times on his voice 😂❤!!!!!!
"How can someone sound like an angel of God?" What a great comment!
They are the Gibb brothers. From left to right-Robin, Barry, and Maurice. One of the best groups ever, listened to them all thru my teenage yrs
They had already been performing for 20 years when this was recorded. Over 1,000 songs, all different, all great!
Three brothers that have made magic for generations
This song is iconic perfection. Barry, in the middle is the only one still with us. They have been my best music all my life since we are from the same time. Beautiful song! Great, true reaction!

It makes me feel good that this generation really appreciates such good music from the 70s!
And that's why! LOL! You've been Bee Geed. Tallest = Barry Gibb. No beard = Robin Gibb. Less hair on top = Maurice/Morris/ Mo Gibb. They are brothers. They are a category of their own and without equal.
And he close his eyes when he is signing that high note! That is divine ❤
"They are so angelic wow" What a great emotional reaction to this classic. The Bee Gees are in a class of their own. You made me emotional watching this. Bless your heart.
All brothers and know one comes close to there vocal ability
They are brothers of which 2 have passed away. They are the very best !
This song went number one and they donated the processes to uniceft.the Bee Gees were one of the best groups in the seventies.
*Bee Gees is one of the greatest groups of all time. You are blessed to have found them.*
I miss this music soooooo much!
This young woman's reaction tells you how much she loves this song from an amazing band and its a shame we we don't here this kind of music anymore ❤
The Bee Gees were great song writers too, writing songs for other performers. They have many, many top hits - you can't go wrong reacting to them.
I think they've written over 1,000 songs in their career.
They will be eternally remembered for their music God bless them all 💕❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Only one explanation - God given talent.
❤

The purity and perfection is incredible.
You really got it, voices from God
The Bee Gees are the Gibb brothers, Barry, Robin, and Maurice. Barry, with the long hair and beard, is the only one still living.
Andy, the youngest died in 1988, The twins Robin and Maurice died in 2003, and Maurice in 2015. Barry, the oldest died in 2020...RIP
Actually Robin died in 2012 nine years after Maurice 2003 and berry is still alive he lives in Florida.
Or, as the name implies, the Brothers Gibb, shortened to the BeeGees. They weren’t called the GeeBees.
It is a very deep rabbit hole...
I just found your channel, and I loved your reaction! With this world going crazy, people being so evil, and full of hate, we can still share music, and that is what brings people together. Thanks!
Love your comment! It’s so true. ❤❤
This lady is so classy!! I loved how you reacted to this song.. I can feel the joy on your face..
God given natural talent. I'm sure being brothers helped them with harmonization. I don't think I've ever heard better. The only people that come close are the Pointer Sisters or the Andrew Sisters
Thanks for the frank and sensitive reaction.
The Heavenly brothers Gibbs #lottalove
Great reaction to a great group of brothers! So sad that two left us way too early!
They could all sing and together they where fantastic.
Can never praise the Bee Gees to much they are truly amazing. They are brothers and have been singing since small children. They are known for the great harmonizing. This is a Love song between you and God.
Listen their songs, trust me you won't be disappointed.. That's how excited I felt when I heard this song for the first time...

'The Bee Gees.'

Their younger brother, Andy Gibb, was also super talented
The Bee Gees were big in the late seventies
I loved these guys. Of the three brothers only, Barry, the lead singer is living. These guys surprised so many with such angelic voices. They will be missed.

With that kind of singing talent the orchestra was required to be in the same league...and they were.
My hommies manchester UK my town so proud of them
