In the event that a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) has four designated partners, and one of them vacates their office, according to Section 9 of the LLP Act, the LLP has the authority to appoint a new designated partner within 30 days of the vacancy. However, if the vacancy remains unfilled after the 30-day period, does this mean that all partners within the LLP automatically become designated partners?"
