  • In this video we do an impact test of the Taylor 8756 pump soft serve machine. We find that the capacity of this machine is sufficient to meet the demands of a small ice cream shop. This machine can be used for everything from low-fat soft serve mix, all the way up to custard or sorbet.

    How tall are you? Mostly asking because I’m not sure of the machine number we use but it’s Mitch like this one and it looks smaller but maybe it’s because i am shorter than it?

      He is about 5'8". THe 8756 comes in two pump types horizon and peristaltic. See 8756 here:
