      @@namhong01 if you can’t eat corn you can try a basic 1:1 flour mix. You may have to adjust the amount of water slightly for the right consistency.

    Would parchment paper work?

      I think parchment or wax paper would work, but I'm not sure if they would stick or not. I typically use wax paper to roll things out, but after using the plastic wrap I'm going to rethink that - I really like how easily it peels off. I'm curious if it will work as well with other gluten-free doughs. I don't like using plastic in general, but at least it's easily washed and reused.
