@@AarontheGreat89 Thank you for the info! Did he just offer you $54,000 in cash instead? I am confused when you said you 'sold' it, which makes (to me) little sense since you would have to claim the excavator as prize income coming from Tigran and then pay income tax on the sale of it to Tigran as well (though I am not an accountant so I could be missing something).

Too many people dont wait for the foundation to cure before putting walls on it. Can keep going along the same building analogy. Works all the way up to the roof.
The video. Felt like there was a lot of cuts and too much preview/postview. Made it a little difficult to follow while working. Lots of jumping around. Beginning cuts felt a bit long as well. Still loved the watch just giving my opinion. Excited for the next one, love this new series.

What a feat to beat drug and alcohol addiction! I beat it too - But with that being said the mentality of spending like this is the same as the mentality of an alcoholic or drug addict - Except they are not using. Kudos for getting this far - But self discipline is a very strong part of being drug and alcohol free and i had to apply the self discipline in every aspect of my life especially spending cause money was a trigger for me not to replace addict behavior with material things- I've been clean over 20 years and I have less than then $10k debt in my business. It's just something to think about.

Great Series! One thing I think would help with the watchability is having less of those "coming up" B-roll montages Personally I would just start getting into a story line then one of those would come up and I'd skip through it. One this that the editors could do instead when switching between the characters in the story line that are geographically distant is use google earth to zoom out from current character location then move and zoom into next character with a partially voiced over section explaining the next character. I can make a sample and send it to you if you would like. Hope this helps!

He could have had a bad ass chipper truck with a roll off to different task if he wants to do trees plus. There is no reason that he should have to pull around a dump trailer and a chipper and then have a 140k truck just sitting there. We have to do a better job on getting what the business needs to strive and not what we like. If your business does enough in profits, you will be about to afford the flashy stuff down the line if thats what youre into. I have a considerable amount of debt but the difference is I will turn that 140k into 7 dump trucks that can do different projects at the same time. No matter how nice the truck is, it can only be in one place at a time. As much as I would like a new truck for myself, it doesn't move the needle. If you're going to go into debt, please think smart and strategize before going into major debt. Just my 2 cents.

  • @rayrayslawnlandscape2008

Another thing is I have the ability to go and sign my name and get just about any piece of equipment I want/need but I don't do that. The reason I can do that is because I don't do that if that makes any sense.

Which I currently do not have the surplus funding. Considering I spent the money on the project. We are able to keep floating thankfully & are very busy.
