Hi, the logo is embroidered on the bag... it is small embroidered... the SA I bought it from said to me that this is new... It has a different colour trim on it.
I have that same bag the Neo collection it’s nylon too just a thicker nylon. The cost more because they are more resistant than the classic. Longchamp will due a curtesy one time repair on the corners and any other repair after that for a small fee. Nothing crazy or expensive like Luis Vuitton.
@@MsLouisVee are you talking about an LV bag or Longchamp bag LV doesn’t do repairs for free unless it’s something very small or it came defective. I have more than 14 repairs with LV. I’m not sure what your case was and why you didn’t have to paid.
Great video! Have the handles softened significantly with use? I have tried the bag on and found the handles to be quite stiff and uncomfortable, but I'm hoping they will soften, because I really like the bag. Thanks in advance for any input. :)

I am a bag and pouch guy. You think girls are bad hahahahahaha I love them all. We have a lot of things to carry as well, and then, even every day, I carrry a pouch with me even at home. I think that it is just practical. If you are going somewhere, you then just slap on a pouch and forget about it cause, all the things you need are their. Then, same things with the bags, and brief cases. I use my brief cases for work, and then I have a huge commuter backpack that I use and it is great. She is a good pack. I also have one that carries my electric lunch box. I only just use her when I am needing to go to a place that has food. Then I take food home from work. She does a great job carrying my lunch and electric lunch box. Yes. All my bags, and pouches and brief cases do have girls names. I named them all. Do you like wearing pouches every day or just when you go out. I would love to know, and I subscribed to your channel.

If you live alone, it could definitely work! I prefer canvas totes for that bc it's washable and easy.. this could be hard to clean if it's a sticky substance

Longchamp will do a free corner repair once for their Le Pliage bags. Having it done a second time costs very little, so no worries 😊
