This doesn’t happen in Western countries as the actors have rights, they’ll do interviews to promote a movie or TV show but it would be against the law for companies to pressure them to do fan service. The fans are partly to blame for not being able to separate an actor portraying a character in a BL series to them in real life. It’s just irresponsible and beyond childish that they want and expect these actors to be together in their personal lives as well.
