Lions fan here, ravens are a frighteningly incredible squad this year. Been watching y’all closely since y’all decimated detroit; Baltimore is definitely my pick for deepest team in the AFC (although hopefully by now that’s not a hot take?) they make other scary football teams look like High School JV 😭 they play like this in January and they’ll easily be playing in February.

I wonder if that was the team's decision to beef him up for a specific reason or just his age catching up to him. Either way, he was ostensibly elite last year despite his age and relocation so the fact that he's playing this year and still playing at a starter-caliber level is pretty astonishing.
Finally, the rest of the Ravens team are playing at the same level as Lamar. He is a very special and unique player, a once in a lifetime player. Keep rockin it steady Ravens flock.

The key to beating this version of the Ravens is two sell out on the run and make Lamar Jackson beat you with his arm.

I never thought the Ravens would be as dominant again as they were in 2019. At this moment, I take that back! The only differences between this team and that team are that the defense is on a level we haven't seen from this team since 2000 or 2006, Lamar Jackson has matured as a passer in a big way, and the WR room is even better. (B-Day Shoutout to OBJ) Not to mention we have breakout stars all over the place. Keaton Mitchell joining forces with Gus the Bus will be scary for defenses, Geno Stone looks like Ed Reed in 2004, Justin Madubuike has the most sacks by a DT in the NFL, Van Noy, and Clowney have turned back the clock, and Patrick Queen is on his way to a 1st team All-Pro selection. (I could go on and on) We do have one of the toughest schedules remaining. And Cleveland next week won't be easy. We just have to keep stacking statements no matter what happens. HERE RESIDES THE MOST FRIGHTENING TEAM IN THE LEAGUE!
Well said. Oweh is hitting his stride too, even when he hasn't got the sacks, I've been impressed with his rush. We've all been hoping to get Mitchell on the field and he did not disappoint. Geno Stone is proving to be the real McCoy, Kyle Hamilton is so versatile and instinctive, and who knew Brandon Stephens would turn to a top tier corner. Like you said, one could go on and on about things to like on this team. Just gotta stay hungry and pissed off for greatness.

How about the offense with rookie Keaton Mitchell with 138 yards and a TD.!The Ravens dominated on offense with the old school ground game. Didn't even need the wide receivers. Now that's scary!

Just wanted to give him and the whole O-line some love because they were a huge part of our success running the ball today. It feels like it's all coming together now!!!

The Seattle Seahawks came in to this game allowing 3.6 yards per carry to opposing runners, the third best mark in the league.
The Baltimore Ravens averaged *7.3* yards per carry (on 41 carries)!
Coming out and dropping just about 300 rushing yards, 1/3 of which coming from a undrafted rookie, on a top 2-3 rush defense in the league is a power move.
I really expected this game to come down to having to beat their secondary, definitely didn’t see this coming.

Took the backup QB forcing it to him 3 plays in a row but he got it haha.
With Russ there was usually late game heroics, and the amazing scrambling to deal with bad O-line play. Geno needs a lot more to succeed. We'll see if the wheels are coming off or if he can continue to do well throughout the season.
