Edit: a “hack” i did was visit the website and reserved for 2pm because it states that reservation after 2pm will not have time to visit ellis island

You’ll pay for both no matter what but, sure, you can skip Ellis Island. Just don’t get off the boat at that stop.
Got to get some pics at the statue but, honestly, we thought Ellis Island was more interesting of the two islands.

It’s a do at your own pace tour so it depends on how much time you take watching/seeing stuff - you should plan for at least 4hrs to hit both islands and get on your final boat back Manhattan.
How do you reserve at 11 when the tickets say check in at 2pm
I only really have time to do the liberty island, do you have to go to Ellis after or can you go straight back to battery park?

Yes, you can stay on the boat without getting off at Ellis Island.

You can ride the boats to both or either island. It’s up to you which island you get off. They run continuously so just wait for the next boat once you are done.

Yes, but you have to go through airport level metal detectors before you get on the boat - so it depends on what you have in your bag.
Statue of Liberty , actually freedom radiating the whole world- a statue on Liberty Island , a unofficial symbol of fredom in New York and the United States. I liked taking pictures under this statue to fell like a free man. Isn't it stronie that the Statue of Liberty was skipper from France in piecem like some deska from Ikea.

There is parking on the NJ side right at the park and ferry area.
For Manhattan, you’ll have to schlep to a parking garage nearby I suppose. As you probably know, best not to have a car in the city.
Statue of Liberty 🗽 isn’t connect to neither New York City or New Jersey. It’s closer to nj than nyc but it’s still far away from both
I feel sorry for all the native Americans who lost their property and even lives to these immigrants. And all the people who were forced into slavery. So that statue was only for certain people, not all people.
