This was a perfect example of a perfect storm of messing up. The dozer driver has to build a working platform for the trucks. He had no plan of action to get job done. The trucks were all over the place in dumping their loads. The manager in pink shirt had no organizational skills. They made this job way to hard to complete. Failure all around
Must be kids driving those trucks!!!
Fill in the hole first to get more maneuvering room then start filling in the other side to make more room to get the dump trucks off the road
i think they could have backed the trucks down the driveway but clearly they're on a different level lol
Truthfully you needed a wheel loader and traffic control with some cones talk about a cluster F !! 😃👍👍👍

It would have been handy if the bloke directing the trucks was able to use a shovel to clean the pavement instead of wandering about like a lost kid,

I think what he's saying is that the dirt was moved more than it needed to be. Starting from the original spot you work your way down emptying trucks right into the ditch.

La verdad es que son buenos operadores de equipo pesado y la máquina del operador tremenda máquina.
É sou o NOMADE, escrevo que estão trabalhando em recuperação de estrada com fluxo intenso toda máquina em apoio sempre será útil.
It's too bad those dump trucks don't have vibrating beds to loosen the wet material as it dumps
You can tell from the start of this video that these guys really do need some supervision the way they're dumping that out there on the road they could have backed in at an angle and then I would have got on the road instead of trying to back straight in and pull forward are just dumped it off there in that big hole
I hope it speeds up! The first 30 minutes were very slow and boring!!!

Some of the ignorant comments below are due to not understanding that the operator is using the dozer as a compactor. He is actually very good with an oversized machine in a tight area. I know. I operate a D3, D8, and D11.
Come on you know the dozer driver is making a right pigs ear of that job like you my husband worked on big dozers for over ten years, not like the toy he's playing with, ld like to see this chap work a d 8 with cable winch blade or a scraper box on the back,
Buddy, I'll say one thing, it's hard to work with a tight space and a busy avenue next door. They have a lot of patience, the truck driver is very patient, you have to wait once to leave...

Es que es un absurdo colocar las volquetes atravesadas en la via.
Debería entrar en línea con la via y así realiza la descarga sin problemas y tiene una salida más fácil.
Y hombre, llene ese agujero primero y no se ponga a dar vueltas con el tractor.
