I was there in 2015 and was planning to visit again next year. However, I get conflicting reports that accessing the dirt roads leading to Shiprock are closed. Any tips on finding out accessibility? I know the easiest is via ISR 5010 (~3.5mi dirt road) off of ISR 13.

BTW, I went out there a couple weeks ago and there are these small mounds. Did anyone else see this? I think it's an ancient burial site.
The mounds were well weathered, and there were hundreds of them. To me looked like a large cemetary. It was close to the entrance.
Like in the center of the screen at 01:40 I got them on video and will show them.
I missed that I was so focused on the wall….I had no idea, was supposed to be a 30 minute stop and we stayed there all day!
I would not be surprised if there are mounds there! Would be incredible!

"Shiprock" must have been a massive civilization hub before it got destroyed.
80 road miles east of shiprock is the hub of the southwest > Chaco Canyon
And another 80 miles north is Mesa Verde

A guy with a channel called hangman1128 does a fantastic job of showing evidence of these ancient mega flora. Once you see it you can't unsee it 🌲 👀
I'm not sure how you can say this when the Book of Dargon, Chapter 12 says the exact opposite.
