I work at Chili's and also a trainer as well and its so satisfying when you train someone like this. Very patient and very vocal. I love telling my trainees how to do it then see them go off on their own. Its like watching your kids walk for the first time 😂

I worked at Wendy's before McDonald's so all the breakfast sandwiches had the same build for the most part its all in the name but learning to wrap the sandwiches quickly was so difficult. Now that I'm a crew trainer I have actually found the perfect training aid to help trainees wrap sandwiches and this method could be used for lunch as well take a biscuit or regular bun and a wrap place the biscuit or regular bun on the wrap and have them practice their wrapping in between orders. Practice makes perfect
Mannn you so lucky being a trainer. I want to be one so bad, it's like a little dream of mine 😂😂. But fr though wrapping quickly is hard. I think I'm starting to get it though.

Thank you for making McDonald's more transparent. I eat there every morning or lunch depending on my six day a week workschedule and sometimes on my day off. I appreciate seeing where the majority of my food is coming from.
I remember training new people that was the best part of the job! Just knowing that the people that you trained will be training other new associates. The best feeling in the world 🎉 and I trained new employees on the grill also (note: I was not a manager ) but I was fast.
@@StanHowseLMAO most crew trainers are knowledgeable enough to be managers. Usually, when someone gets promoted to crew trainer, they are on the road to become a manager. And, most of us have authorization fingers as each manager can choose their crew trainer to assist them to even out the workload.
I love a sausage McGriddle...I add grape 🍇 jelly to them sometimes. I grew up eating pancake and sausage topped with 🍇 jelly and syrup. It's delicious 😋! Southern thang..

My favorites when he tells the kid you got this man I don't even have to tell you, ya know what to do... Then after a pause he immediately has to tell him what to do LOL
they heat the filling up in the microwave that comes in a white bag. then they grab tortillas and roll them up and wrap them up then put them in a container in a mini fridge until its time to be heated up and put in the cabinet (the cabinet is the big machine they are grabbing the food out of to build the sandwiches ).

Hi, I live in Canada, that's ham you're putting on those McMuffens. There's nothing like that Canadian bacon here in Canada. The closest we have is peameal bacon, but that is coated outside and in with cornstarch .
I worked at McDonald’s but wasn’t trained on table. The GM came and forced me to work table and got mad and yelled when I was trying to self learn everything. I stopped working there because the management was awful. That GM got promoted and now runs more than 5 stores.
