5-time World Champ (1985, 1993, 2007, 2013, 2015)
Well done,Nigeria!
What a pleasure to see Osimhen back on the day as the top goal scorer in this tournament and now his breaking it at Lille.
But now plays for Napoli
@@kirkaryee589 and still breaking it 😂
ahora la rompe en el Napoli y Chukwueze en el Villareal
this comment aged beautifully
Aged well
that's why we need good African coaches for the senior teams!! Well done to both teams. Nigerian team reminded me of the Olympics 1996. My congratulations to Emmanuel Amunike. by the way i am from Somalia and a long fan of the super eagles since 1994 African Cup of Nations. one Love.
the only amazing thing i loved about Nigeria were the two goals they scored without celebration...such a show of respect for a fellow African Nation #respect #AfricaIsTheFuture
lol, they didnt celebrate because they were tired
@@donhouston916 No...as a show of respect, it was what they agreed on before the match, i remember reading that prior to the final
@@zhikose Why tho
Im half German And half Nigerian. And now both are world champions. I'm really proud of them!
But I think that Mali's Keeper was really good and he probably can be one of the best keepers when he develops good!
+orkanes2 So u r destined to be a great football then
+Golden Child haha. I like to Play Football but I get injured too often.. And I'm not that good(but if a club would offer me to play for them I would definitely accept that offer). football is definitely my number one favorite activity.
+orkanes2 Ooops! I meant "footballer." Well keeping working hard on it. I'm sure every great footballer has had hundreds of injuries. No pain No gain.
orkanes2 you are very right
THE RECORD BREAKERS!!!!!....they came, they saw and they conquered. they best of best. undisputed, defending champion of the world!!!!!! you made my day boys so proud to be a Nigerian.
You deserved to win Nigeria, congratulations from Mexico.
Now that's what I call good sportsmanship! Thank you from a Nigerian.
Aimuamwosa Igbinadolor Yeah no problem, this gave all teams a lot of experience, let's see how they do on the next tournament :)
+Gerardo that's what am talking, one in a million well done
Finally A person from Mexico thats not hating xD. Thanks tho :D
mali
the problem why Nigeria or Africa dont do well in world cup is just simple , they dont have a good footballing league and football management is poor period its never more than this because i believe africa have more raw talent than any European countries worldwide , this guys learn how to play ball themselves unlike the messi , ronaldo and all other players who goes through academy from age 5 years to 7
+Steve Danny Very good and objective analytical comment about Nigerian and African football. Quite often, the biggest problem is because of Poor Management and Corruption by officials at the higher level. But things are changing gradually. Africa has already caught up with the rest of the world - at the Youth Level. Next, they will begin emerging regularly at the Higher Level. Watch the next 3 to 4 World Cups and don't be surprised if an African Team emerges in the finals, and maybe even wins it all. It will happen soon. Just watch.
@H K Lionheart Morocco almost did it brother.
@@hklionheart8265he richest continent in terms of mineral deposit. Should have african premier league...and sure will won everything in world football
Now u see that some of our starts are shining at international level ba
My respect to the Nigerian team they never wanna celebrate any of the goals against an African brother.
It shows the big brother we are.
Malian goal keeper is on fire, Osimenh still scoring goals in French league.
also with us at Napoli😍💙
Proud of my Country man. Congratulations Nigeria. Now let's see this group emerge as Champions at the senior level.
They sued so Unstoppable, they represented Nigeria with all their strength until they became the best in the world. Nigeria, home of the strongest, home of champions. God bless Nigeria, God bless Africa. ossom samuel, Proudly a Nigerian.
Mail have the best goalkeeper of the tournament! But Nigeria have the best team!
Congratulations Nigeria! Looks like African football has a bright future!
no.....because they have no good defens
nigeria won the u17 World cup 4 times before and they are still not good (the nationalteam) because of theire defens
Thanks
+大笨蛋 Great comment!
+Peeke Milde exactly
+Peeke Milde no thats not why.FOr example,if Boubacar number 9 for Nigeria would stay in the league for 2 years he wouldn't reaxh is potential. You need to be in a good league/club environment
Congrats to my country Nigeria.
in fact, all they players including keeper need free scholarship throughout theri academic level in Nigeria with a huge amount of money deposited into their Account as well.
am very proud of you guys.
Am also congratulating Mail too. especially theri keeper.
he is really a snake in diving balls, no matter how distance or angle is coming from." But in a fight, one must win"
greetings from Indonesia 🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩, host of FIFA U17 WORLD CUP 2023
CONGRATS NIGERIA
Thanks😆
+Selma the made proud... how can we be friends?
+Selma Thanks for the comment.
Great rap. What language is that?
The giant is back! Congrat . The world should watch out for more pleasant surprises from Nigeria. It's the era of positive change! The giant is back!!!!! Ambassador
Félicitations the Golden Eaglets!,,, God Bless Nigeria
all the african teams do extremely well at the youth level recently
Africa is the future
+ProjectGuantanamo only is play the u25 vs all teams u17
+ProjectGuantanamo its funny how african future stars disappear after these tournaments
wtf does iheanacho have to do with anything? hes just a prospect, hes not a top notch player already. plus, just ONE player doesnt make up for the whole of good young african teams
+ProjectGuantanamo Not even close. African nations (especially Nigeria) have dominated youth WC for years now and have been pure shit at WC. This argument has been made since early 90's when this trend was becoming very prevalent. That's multiple generations (in soccer terms) of Nigerian WC winners at the youth stage that have gone on to the adult level only to continue the mediocrity that is unfortunately still prevalent with African teams at the WC. Cameroon is still the only team to ever make the Semi's and that was in 1990 (they have yet to leave the group stage at the WC since). Success at the youth level does not always translate to eventual success at the senior level
+simgarfu
This time it will be different. Up to now the archiless heel of all African teams has been shambolic defending. That has been because kids started playing football in the town square, without proper guidance. Now that there is plethora of academies in West Africa and Nigeria in particular, kids are being taught how to defend properly from a young age. You saw evidence of this at this year's World Cups i.e. u17 and u20. It will carry forward. In World Cup 2022, Africa will make a splash. There is no turning back now.
What a Competition for the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria. 5 Trophies now 1985, 1993, 2007, 2013 and 2015. Well, guess they will meet the world again in 2017.
Nigerian were bound to win... they always have the best youngsters. unfortunately the senior team suffers
Cuz most of them
Run to play for clubs
A real pleasure to know that his players were able to develop
Osimhen (Napoli)
Haïdara (Leipzip)
Chukwueze ( Villarreal )
Koïta (Red bull Salzburg)
Respect to the Eaglets for not celebrating wildly against another African team. Such matured heads on young shoulders! Perhaps their coach instructed them. Kudos to him if he did.
Congrats to Nigeria!! well deserved win. congrats to mali as well for also making it this far
I agree. Hopefully now Nigeria can become a better footballing country.
+Nishu Afobunor :-)
Nigeria was cheating they had players over 17
+Dennis Ramirez Report this to FIFA.... bad looser
+Dennis Ramirez Okay, we've got it already. And it's over now, so your tears should start drying fast. Or slowly--makes no difference to me.
Dat first penalty...
That Malian keeper is absolutely incredible a big team needs to sign him
We came, we saw we conquered, Congratulations Nigeria, Congratulations Africa. Thank God
Number 9/7 have been killing it throughout the tournament as well as their goalkeeper 👏🏻.
first of all, let me congratulate coach Emmanuel Amunike, for his effort of good selection of his boys and the entire coaching crew, i say thank you.
was very impressed with Nigeria's technic since the beginning, truly deserved(also im so sad they beat mexico😢
NIGERIAAAAAAAAA!!!!! We don't score ordinary goals, do we?
Great performance from the Malians, especially their keeper SAMUEL
Aftrican youth teams are always so dominant, congrats nigeria
Because....... DNA says dats a lie
Up Naija. Congratulations to Nigeria. The best team won the tournament.
Nigeria's strikers are insane...
+richardace2 why?
+Sunday Francis because osimhen scored 10 goals in this World Cup
+Peeke Milde and that z craizy
+richardace2 they are also older than 17
+Treefingers32 Nope. MRI scans were used on all players to verify age to stop cheats like before.
You just took me way back to 1985, boys. Good work!!!
Some future top talent. Good on ya Nigeria.
We've retained the title! Nigeria is certainly a great nation with talented people. A big
congrats to the entire team. Especially to Osimhen who has etched his name in history. 10
goals! That's a record!
Osimhen🙂
Wow Nigeria really doing it big they didn't even bother to celebrate after they scored 😂
Well Mali could've came back
I guess that was because the goal was too long in coming, especially after failing to utilize a penalty. Yes, so much confidence in their ability to win
+Wanyam TV I Think they didn't celebrate the goals cos it's Africa against Africa....Blood of Oneness,
I'm really impressed with the size of maturity they put in..........Thanks to Chile for a Successful Tournament..#JWD
Mark of respect for fellow African nation
because they knew that they would win
Well-done team Nigeria
Congrats Nigeria u were really good u really deserved to win! 😃

I would like if all of mentor mothers have the same design. Ibeg thanks for everything God bless every one.
Since the beginning of the competition and I'm watching the Nigerian team, happy for having a cup
To any European teams going?
Kelechi NWAKALI
Victor OSIMHEN
I love these two stars
well deserved! very impressed by kelechi nwakali's composure and pure talent
Congratulation Nigeria and Nigerians. Proud to be borned a Nigerian. Great footballers and nice people. The world has not seen anything yet, we are coming and get ready.
yo mali's goalie is insane
like for his skills! some team should sign him
Congrats Nigeria, who the hell knows why you're so good at soccer
Up Nigeria! we rock,See us win the world cup in 2018
+Christina typearls lol am a nigerian jess stop day dreaming we cant jess win it...
nope
2026
you are not a nigerian..we give you away to zambia for free
i said it..i knew Nigerian captain jersey num 10 kelechi nwakali is on another level..dude needed only 3goals to win overall player of the tournament..his passes and vision are class..congrats to Victor James Osimhen jersey num 9..a natural goal scorer..the next drogba..watch out
+obi oxygen he is not the next drogba. he is the first osimhen. he will make a name for himself
Nishu Afobunor well,he said it himself..that drogba is his idol,he plays like him and wanna be like him or even better someday..
+Nishu Afobunor Thank you. Someone with a brain--at last. People always want to be someone else. The fact that he said it himself doesn't make it meaningful. He's a kid--with a load of talent. Tomorrow, he'll understand he can make a name for himself without being someone else. That doesn't mean it's wrong to admire another person for your aspiration. But for goodness sake, it's silly when people talk shit like someone is another Messi. If Messi could be himself, why can't every one else be themselves.
+obi oxygen No! Drogba can be his idol but he plays more like Lewandoski, he can be played as a false9.
+Nishu Afobunor he is the next Drogba plus Ibrahimovic combined.
Nigeria #9 !! God Protect him!. He is a Beast in the Makingg!!!
He's tearing it up in Ligue 1. Top scorer, Victor Osimhen.
The greatest Africa
what a way of being the champion........"we are not champions because we win......we win because we are CHAMPIONS" UP 9JA......@embassylinks
Glory Glory Nigeria. Congrats guys. Well deserved and best team throughout the tournament. 6th title chase begins..........
Congratulation to all of us..... what great Nation
BRAVO 5 STAR EAGLETS!!!!!!!
Champéon 2015 .. Bravo Nigeria!!!!
Quite sad that Germany didn't progress. But still, congratulations to Nigeria. But gosh the Mali goalkeeper is awesome! 😍😍😍😍😍
Doesnt change the fact that European teams would rather use their own Homegrown players but lovely game. It seems Football talent is switching from south America to Europe to Africa.
nope
its shifting....cos wen mancity look to their academy, the first player in the coach mind is kelechi ihaenacho
Nope. They have won 5 u-17 tournaments since 1985 and Nigeria's senior team still gets trashed.
Nigeria isn't even the best of its confederation.
all these players are home grown. Football has always been African. Just that national teams tend not to do well for various reasons.
+bish dljh STFU - gets thrashed by who? Naija won the African Championship two years ago.Qualified for world Cup, got out out of their group. You are just a hater. May be Nigeria has not done as well in Senior team but definitely not thrashed.
Maybe you should come take a look at street life in Lagos Nigeria and see how they LIVE Football.
+IKE OBODO leave those haters..
+IKE OBODO They dont even have a clue. One state can provide a world class team from Naija, They just dont understand Naija!!
If the Nigerian coaches remain unbiased in their selection at every level, Nobody can stand Naija, i can say this anywhere.
Guy Code sure.
Guy Code you dont need to say it anywhere, they all know.
when Berti vogts was appointed as Nigerian coach couple of years back, when he arrived Nigeria and settle down for business after scouting across the nation.
he asserted that if football in Nigeria is organised as in England or Germany, not even Brazil can compete with Nigeria.
so the awards went like this
kelechi nwakali (10) mvp
victor osimhen (9) scored 10 goals to become the highest goal scoring player ever in u17 championship
hahahah
beast 💪 Nigeria
Congratulations Nigeria you earned the crown for the 5th time and you deserve the achievement.
waiting to see what Osimehin will be in 2yrs time....
The usual fade away I hope not
+dabo usoekon, this won't fade. He's like Iheanacho
+LeoSienna did u miss mathematics class back in the days?
he will retire because he will be in his thirties
if you don't like something or someone , that is purely your own choice of decision to make But lying against the person or saying things you do not know about that is totally bad and because i know that Nigerian no 9 i know him well , his parents and siblings and i can say he is very much the age you hear he is
Great game, congrats to Nigeria, hopefully they can bring this level of play to the senior team
Great lads, the Nigerian U 17 team was tutored by a disciplinarian, Emma Amunike. He should be allowed to continue in this capacity for the next four years. standup for champions. Nigeria.
CONGRATS TO NIGERIA THIS IS BEAUTIFUL
