You have a ton of talent! I think you'll definitely improve over time. If you try slowly increasing your note speed this speed won't feel as quick (I've tried this method and gone from 9.0 to 11.0 in a month or so). You could also try some easier songs on expert (dreaming chu chu, viva happy, Romeo and Cinderella, etc.).
