10 way Strat wiring: How to wire a Free-Way Blade Switch

Six String Supplies is now a dealer for Free-Way switches - the compact blade and toggle switches that add a seriously impressive tonal spectrum to your guitar.
In this video, we show how to wire the 5B5 blade switch into a Strat®, enabling 10 switching options (5 from the lower bank, 5 from the upper bank)
These switches are nice and discreet, meaning no faffing around with push pull pots or mini toggle switches for example. All of the switching is unsurprisingly, done via the switch.
The Free-Way 5B5 10 way blade switch keeps the classic 5 way switch positions we are all familiar with, but adds an extra 5 using the upper bank of switch positions which allow series/parallel switching, neck and bridge pickup combos as well as having all three pickups on simultaneously.
