I love how in the first giganto fight he questions what moves he has, finds out, and then continues to do basic combo like it's doing something.
The Giganto's theme is a banger. I ever listen to a hour long video of the theme because it is just that good.

It’s a very strange feeling. It’s not like any eggman ending. Even Sonic Adventure 2 he was deranged until the end and switches up. Here is way more understanding and basically becomes an anti-hero of sorts. Really weird. I don’t think he’ll stay a “villain” for long.

Call me a nerd, but to put it simply, update 3 was a way for the team to bring us the true ending of Sonic Frontiers. So everything that happened in the update was suppose to originally happen after finishing Rhea Island, but I’m guessing money was low and they had to work with what was left for the original ending, being a Galaga-styled fight with The End.
It’s WAY bigger than that. It’s the way for Sonic Adventure 3. The blueprint has enough good foundation to build upon. The best story and character introduction was SA2 (Shadow and Rogue). They need to make a good story and have the map collectibles mean something. Chaos drives, animals for CHAO. Bring back that damn garden!

@@Jonathan-Shadow Alternatively, they actually make on their promise on giving each character their own adventure/game, BUT all the storylines eventually point back to a reunited adventure. Which granted is how the previous SA games worked, but in a proper grander scale.

Sonic, literally a blue hedgehog literally can throw a SNAKE BEING TO A MOUNTAIN,and CAN TRIP SOMETHING, AGGRESSIVELY THROW KNIGHT UP,AND THEN THROWS A LITERAL GOD UP IN THE AIR. sonic is aggressive in this game
Let's not forget that he sent dark gaia(a literal dark god) back into the core of the earth, super sonci is on the same strength level as kirby.
The songs hit even harder when you know the context of the ancients past

Also update I did play and beat the Last Horizon and hell; why were these so hard!? At the very least the final boss ending is worth it and that new edition with "I'm Here" goes hard 🤘

I’m rewatching the tower sections and recollecting some bad memories of when I first played final horizons.
As not really a sonic fan, (the only other game I’ve even played was sonic 2) this was legit the best game I played in my life
You can press on the left stick instead of tilting it to ring dash (of course, it needs a line of rings to be performed).

I was streaming the dlc the other day, and during the giganto fight, one of my regulars asks "Is this Sonic or Devil May cry?" in regard to the music. Lol To be fair, they said it themselves, they aren't really a Sonic fan.
Basically in sonic frontiers it was planned to have the 1st 4th and 5th island all together.
But those basterds we call playtester's said that it would be to boring.
So as a last minute decision they split all Kronos and ouranous leaving Kronos and rhea stuck together but with an invisible wall blocking your way.
But in the last story cutscene on rhea you can still see ouranous still attached to Kronos.
Cycle has a twist if there's a good game at first it does not look good in the public eye but once it is finally saw for what it truly is through more and more being revealed the better it is in the public eye

The king trial took me months to beat and I eventually after learning that if you put the difficulty on easy the parry gets easier I was able to finally beat knight but it took me forever to do.
by the way, you can instakill silver hammer and Spider+ if you spam quick Cyloop on there head 3 times

The way I get emeralds are by not going to the cyber and just going to bigs fishing and get all of the keys needed so it is faster for me to get them.
