I don't upload videos to youtube to try and make bank. I know how this internet thing works - if I wanted to make bank online, I'd just learn to draw furry porn. I do this because I find the process of making a video fun. Uploading content from only a single HoI 4 mod, no matter how good the mod is or how popular the results might end up being, would stop quickly being entertaining for me to work on because it would be just more of the same. So if you want me to just make weekly releases of EaW content.... yeah, that ain't happening.
That said, let's do this in proper youtube view-whoring fashion: If you get me pictures of 300 separate signatures of EaW community members, I'll review every single nation in the mod. It might not be the very next video - because I already have an idea lined up - but I do honor my promises.
