I stayed there in 1988 with family, and a friend who came on holiday with me. Fab Hotel. It still is very similar to what it was all those years ago. Many good memories of that Holiday!😍

Incredible hotel right on the promenade and beach . Extremely good drinks package for all inclusive. Pools , entertainment ,and restaurants. Very tempting 🤔. Xxxx

Hey! I’m not sure sorry the only time I went up to the infinity pool was doing the full tour so I never used the drink truck myself. Hi there thanks for the tour, is there any sand down by the beach or is it rocky? Also do you need to book the restaurant's or is it just que up and first come first serve? Thanks :)
We never actually went to the beach but believe near the hotel it was rocky but if you heard to Los Christianos there are sandy beaches there! You need to book ahead of time for the restaurants either at reception or there are screens you can use in the hotel too. Thanks for watching 💙✨
That was a very useful tour of the hotel Laura, could you tell us a little more about the privileged bit, you mentioned a loyalty club I think previously, does it mean you have to have a certain number of previous stays to allow access to certain areas and full range of drinks or is it simply sign up to the club and you can benefit straightaway?
Thanks Kevin! So privileged was an option for you to choose when booking your room. If you picked a privileged room it was dearer but came with access to the terrace with the drinks such as spirits, beers and soft/ hot drinks and some snacks and separate comfy sun loungers in the middle of the pool section. If you were just solely all inclusive you get access to premium drinks like Jack daniels, Smirnoff etc but then if you chose to stay privileged all inclusive then you had access to the top tier drinks like grey goose vodka etc. bit like the more you pay the more you get kinda deal.
The loyalty club you join just by signing up to H10 on their website and you start to get points as you book through them directly for your hotel stays. By signing up that’s how you get the welcome drink and chocolates.

Thank you! We didn’t do any but when walking out into tenerife there were different places you could buy activities like that. Not sure exactly what but may be something online with more specifics for you to check out. Thanks for watching 💙✨
Hello, are there some fun show's in the evening or is it just some live music? We're thinking of going there but we don't want a hotel where you get bored in the evening haha
We thought this hotel put on some of the best entertainment we had seen. A great variety of dance shows, we went on Halloween and they did an incredible show for that and yeah it seemed really varied while we were there we were impressed! 💙✨

hi is there different wristbands for different ages or does everyone who is on all inclusive get the same one ? thanks
As far as we could tell it looked to be one colour wristband for each of the different board basis but don’t think there was a difference for kids or anything. Thanks for watching 💙🤩
Hope to stay in this hotel next October how big is the privilege room? I heard that they were small rooms? Just wondering as I want to pay that bit more

Hi there! Ah brilliant it is a wonderful hotel, we believe the privilege rooms are the same size as the standard ones but with the best views and then the extras such as the private privilege only terrace area with the drinks/ snacks in there. We will be releasing our standard room tour next Sunday so that may be able to give you a bit of an idea of size. Thanks for watching 💙✨

No sadly not at this hotel, there are a few pools but none with slides
Is the sand black by hotel if so WHERE is the nearest part for clean sand thanks whsts the food like
Hi Ryan 🙂 there's not many white sandy beaches in the immediate area, I believe there's one in Los Cristianos which is meant to be lovely 👍

We must have been lucky with the sunbeds we never were struggling to find one. Maybe it’s the time of year
@@RipRideVlogIt It's a very, very old joke routed in urban mythology that German holiday makers somehow managed to reserve all the sunbeds by putting towels on them no matter how early us Brits appeared to claim one...(Also see Fawlty Towers, episode, "The Germans")
What kind of age range is it there? I'm 37 and about to book. Advise would be great!
Hi Leon, honestly wouldn't say there was more or less of a particular age group to be honest. A lot of families and also couples of all ages. You'll be fine 👍
Is it aloud to smoke by the swimming pools ?
Hey sorry for the lateness in getting back to you. I honestly am not 100%, but can tell you that we don't remember anybody doing it.
Looks like there might be a designated smoking area by one of the pools looking at TripAdvisor but again not completely sure. Sorry we couldn't be of more help!!

Whats the dress code for men in the restaurant
We don't remember it being too formal to be honest, wore T-shirt and smart shorts at some dinners and lunch was more relaxed still. Hope it helps :)

Stayed here last year hotel was nice but I didn't rate the buffet food at all.

Love a hotel tour! I don’t know if your like us I’d much rather see a hotel via video than reading reviews on trip adviser coz people lie in that sight about stuff I’d rather see stuff and gage of peoples reactions of a hotel what it’s like 😍.
PS you’re brave for filming when people are about we get up at sunrise to avoid it lol we get real nervous and anxious 😬 😥 lol.
€2 euro for a game of pool is a rip off 😱 I used to be an avid pool player and could turned pro but that’s a rip off I played snooker cheaper than that for a game mental that!🫠.
