    Welcome to Chef Vicky Ratnani's kitchen, where we're about to embark on a culinary adventure to create a scrumptious Soya Burger using the nutrient-rich ‪@EmamiHealthyTasty‬ Advans Soya Chunks. This burger recipe is designed for those looking for a wholesome, plant-based option without compromising on taste or nutrition.
    INGREDIENTS :
    • Onion - प्याज
    • Ginger - अदरक
    • Garlic - लहसुन
    • Chillies - मिर्च
    • Emami Advans Soya Chunks - एमामी एडवांस सोया चंक्स
    • Mantra Sabji Masala - मंत्र सब्जी मसाला
    • Oil - तेल
    • Carrot - गाजर
    • Beans - फलियां )
    • Bell Peppers - शिमला मिर्च
    • Salt - नमक
    • Potatoes - आलू
    • Breadcrumbs - ब्रेडक्रम्ब्स
    • Ketchup - केचअप
    • Corn flour - कॉर्नफ्लावर
    • Buns - बन्स
    PROCESS:
    • Soak soya chunks for about 30mins.
    • Finely chop some onions
    • Roughly chop ginger, garlic and green chillies.
    • In a pan heat oil and put in the chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion.
    • Once the onion starts to sweat add in finely chopped bell peppers and mix it nicely.
    • Add in the soaked soya chunks and salute it nicely and sabji masala.
    • Once it cooks, grate potato some bread crumb, tomato sauce and blend it.
    • Make patty out of the mixture and shallow fry it.
    • To make achari mayo mix any achar of your choice with mayonnaise.
    • Toast your burger buns on a pan. Build up the burger with some lettuce sliced tomatoes, sliced onion, patty, spread the mayo on top and put on the bun.
