สูตรเค้กที่ทำวันนี้ จะทำเป็นเค้กกล้วยหอม สำหรับเค้กกล้วยหอม สูตรนี้ทำง่ายมากๆ ไม่ต้องใช้เครื่องตี ใช้เวลาเตรียมน้อยมากๆ แต่เค้กกล้วยหอม ที่ทำออกมาก็มีรสชาติดี อร่อย เนื้อเค้กนุ่ม ไม่ต่างจากสูตรอื่นๆ ใครชอบทานเค้กกล้วยหอม ลองทำเค้กกล้วยหอมสูตรนี้ดูนะคะ

📒 ingredients
200 g all purpose flour
1+1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
165 g Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs (L)
100 g melted butter
30 g vegetable oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
300 g bananas (mash)
----------------------------------------
How To Bake
Bake at 200 C 5 minutes then reduce the oven temperature to 160C and continue baking for another 18-20 minutes or until the muffins are brown on top and a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean

📒สูตรเค้กกล้วยหอม
แป้งเอนกประสงค์ 200 กรัม
ผงฟู 1+1/2 ช้อนชา
เบคกิ้งโซดา 1 ช้อนชา
น้ำตาล 165 กรัม
เกลือ 1/2 ช้อนชา
ไข่ 2 ฟอง (เบอร์ 2)
เนยละลาย 100 กรัม
น้ำมันพืช 30 กรัม
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
กล้วยหอม 300 กรัม (ประมาณ 2-3 ลูก)

วิธีอบ
อบไฟบน-ล่าง 200 องศาเซลเซียส 5 นาที ไม่เปิดพัดลม
-หลังจากนั้น ปรับไฟไปที่ 160 องศาเซลเซียส แล้วอบต่ออีก 18-20 นาที

I'd like to substitute brown sugar for the white. What would be the measurement difference please. I heard the brown sugar makes for a moister bread
ดูเมื่อวาน วันนี้ ลองทำเลยค่ะ ง่ายและอร่อยค่ะ สูตรของcooking stationคือยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ โดยเฉพาะ ช๊อคหน้านิ่ม ทุกครั้งที่อยากหาสูตรเบเกอรี่จะมาหาจากเจ้านี้ก่อนเสมอ มีคำถามนิดนึงค่ะ ปกติเค้กกล้วยหอมอื่นๆมักจะให้ใส่นม หรือไม่ก็โยเกิร์ต แต่สูตรคลิปนื้ ไม่ใส่เลย แต่รสชาติออกมาก็ยังอร่อยแทบแยกไม่ออกกับสูตรที่ใส่นมกะโยเกิตเลยค่ะมันเป็นไปได้ยังไงอ่ะคะ? ทำไมมันมีรสชาติไม่ต่างกัน เผลอๆชอบสูตรนี้ ซึ่งไม่ได้ใส่นมสด+โยเกิร์ตมากกว่าสูตรที่ใส่อีกค่ะ
ถ้าคำตอบที่ต้องอิงหลักวิทยาศาสตร์ ทางช่องเองคงตอบให้ไม่ได้ค่ะ เพราะไม่เก่งขนาดนั้น แต่มักจะทดลองทำขนม หากทำแล้วอร่อย ก็จะเอามาแบ่งปันกัน ดีใจที่มีคนชอบสูตรนี้นะคะ
