+midlifecrisi hates Google + Saints Row effectively changed the core of what the game was about. Since Dan absolutely adored Saints Row 2, I can see exactly why he doesn't like it. In Just Cause 3, this is just hardly a change in format. I used vehicles effectively once ever in JC2.
+Fredrick Everson to help your case even more, saints row had crazy vehicles because it was saints row, a game that requires you to do wacky thing, while going to wacky places, most likely in fun to drive, wacky cars. Just cause had an infinite amount of parachutes and a grappling hook to get around, and they just kept upgrading it.

currykid the dlc's kinda play off the idea that you've completed the main story, though they don't require it.
Just got the air land and sea dlc it's like €6,50 or something on steam right now, and really the wingsuit just makes it easier to traverse the map it's very difficult to actually hit things with the homing missile or the machine gun style thing. I feel like it's very situational. Sure it looks overpowered which makes it all the more rewarding when you do hit something. But it's not unbalanced.
