This hotel was the former Rebel Resort & Casino which opened as Rebel in 2012 and closed two years later in 2014. Then in 2018 Ocean Resort opened, and I visited the property recently after it opened with American Elevators. This video features the low rise bank (Lobby-19), mid-rise (Lobby, 20-31), and the high rise (Lobby, 39-48). The high rise bank goes around 800 feet per minute. It is not actually 48 floors as floors 32-38 are skipped. I also have videos from Borgota and Hard Rock which I plan to upload soon.

32-38 do exist but are served but a set that isn’t accessible, floors 27-38 are incomplete
