I loc’d my hair on 10/24/2020... I had my loctician intertwine/style my locs so I could manage going through the stages... Getting loc’d was the best decision I made, I wish I did it years ago...🗣👍🏿
Excited to start my journey after we're done with this lock down. Some people are on board while others are questioning why I want to loc. I am not that easy to persuade when it comes to doing what I want to do so locs will be in my head before 2020 ends lol. I am ready!!

Adore your hair, wish I knew the best way to start my locs. Took out my extensions after a year and a half because it wasnt acting the way I wanted it too. Now I am researching because I want to get it right. I think the method you used on your daughters hair would be the ultimate decision.

Ima definitely go to a precessional and mines started again 💯Ima definitely know what to expect this next go round and I’m happy to start my locs on short hair rather than long hair it takes a longer time to loc , and the ugly stage to me on longer hair it’s a lot worse than on short hair 💕

Why did you restart your locs? Would you use interlocking this time around? When I get new growth my hair likes to hang out on their own don’t get locked in with the hair. My hair person suggested I start interlocking them, just trying to figure out the right thing to do.
I was set to get my FIRST retwist on 4/7 but since they shut down all of the salons I’m going to try and do it myself....Thanks so much for the videos... I feel confident that I can do it now( fingers crossed) lol

Oh wow this was so amazing and cool oh and I’m just starting on my second set of locs October 12, and last time my locs was so thin so I cut them and this time I have big square parts and I have pom-pom balls and I’m going to let my hair lock up in do it’s thing and the product that I put on my hair was Taliah Waajid Tight Hold and I can’t wait until they lock up and your locs looks so nice.

Im soooooo glad I found your channel .well actually you were in my recommended, I'm so happy it was april 25, 2020 made it my 1 year mark. I started after wearing a low cut for months. I've seen soneine say this on of your other videos but seriously my locs look very similar to how yours look as far as how they are forming. Thank you for creating your channel, I have hope now that I can continue without a loctician for now. Started mine on the 17th of this month. I end up taking my last set of braids down and said F it and twisted my hair up lol. No regrets.

You’re welcome! You can do! It may take some practice but once you get the hang of it, you’ll probably end up be a DIY’er
