Cool to see that Reaper replay make it in. What makes it even better was that was actually a tournament match! As a note about Stein Monarch, the deck is definitely tier 1, but it does suffer from some bricking/consistency issues that keep many players from calling it the best deck. It is definitely a format-defining deck though, as many people play it due to its explosive power and its presence turned a lot of people away from the format as a whole.
Ayy that was my replay. Cool that he showed it. I think pac-man has a rough monarch catchup but the games were more fun than expected given that it was against floodgate turbo lol

It doesn't negate the effects of special summoned monsters or negate effects in general. It only prevents special summons.

im not sure the tokens could have been tributed for plasma in the last game
If it'd Scapegoat tokens then yes they can because it's trib for a special summon
