I’m always amazed at how frequently joel uploads grind-y hardcore videos despite also being part of two *huge* ongoing SMPs. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication! Jeremy thanks you 🙏
@@misterscottinthewaywhile that's true, since crops are a trade that's actually quite useful despite it being manual. He also uses it in some blocks that he uses.
joel your use of so many different contrasting colors in your builds is so inspiring to me. i think you have gotten so much more artful with each base you build. genuinely SO cool and interesting. also i enjoyed being walked through the process! not everything has to be a time lapse :D
It’s to the point where it doesn’t even look like it took effort- it just looks like it was always meant to look like that. It looks very natural, if that makes sense ?
By far my favorite thing about Joel’s builds are just all the colors and different varieties of blocks he uses. I mean, who else can make NETHERRACK of all things work?!
I love that you still show the days so we can see how long a project actually takes :) it's hard to picture the time lapsed when someone just says it so seeing it matched up like that is really interesting
The dedication put into this, constant grinding of just picking up blocks and then not only making it look just beautifully united. I wouldn't have thought these different blocks would work so good together
Alright, I'm back. I saw this episode a bit through and watched your whole series up to this point. Very rarely do I do that. The thing that drew me in was your attention to detail and your willingness to make sure none of the ugly, clunky, minecraft-y farms looked bad. All beautiful buildings with lots of potential inside. Exactly what I want my worlds and bases to look like. Keep going and don't die I swear to God, dude
This is gorgeous! I love the dark oak with the mangrove and the greenery! Nice pallet you worked with! You have such a go big or go home attitude with your builds that I love!
I liked the walking through of the building plans! It gave a lot more explanation to why you do what you do, and gave me a lot more ideas i think than if it'd just been another timelapse (not that I don't also like those!).
I love how you take us with you while building! The timelapses are really satisfying, but seeing you explain while building was so interesting and fun to watch. Thank you Joel!
I liked how you walked us through the building of your storage room it was really cool to see all the different blocks you used that maybe you don't typically think of in builds. Love it!
Was having a really crappy day, then I logged on and saw bot Joel and Lizzy posted! I instantly felt better, thank you both for being apart of my childhood
I love all the different palettes and colours used in you builds! Can't wait to see how u use the cherry blossom and bamboo blocks when 1.20 is released! Amazing video as always Joel!
I liked the different format of this video! It’s nice to see more of your thought process and I loved the interior you did. Especially the ceiling. That’s a really pretty ceiling.
I really enjoyed the non-timelapse episode! It is fun watching a timelapse but I think I definitely got more out of the building process by watching you walk us through it :)
Joel, you are my favorite MC builder and content creator because of videos like this! You work so hard and continually keep things fun and interesting! I am sure it is very exhausting work constantly designing, editing, and grinding materials all of the time, but I super appreciate your style, humor, and art! I know you hate interiors, but this is stunning as always and brings so much life and story to your builds! I love that you used so many different glazed terracotta and blocks others typical never would use. Pearl and Scar would be so proud!
i saw fwhips video the fishing with fhwip and I agree so much that interior timelapses are a bit wonky and I'm glad you found an interesting way to walk us through the process like you said!
This is a very interesting and deep comment so with all due respect unless you have a minute then you might as well not read this. Joel is a kind hearted CZcamsr, funny, hard working and especially smart and talented, we do not think about the amount of time spent on worlds and servers and he deserves all the love and respect he gets ( Joel is amusing and will always be a nice kind amusing guy who can do anything just for people to have content ) - to Joel ❤
‘I’m terrible at hard core Minecraft’ proceeds to show us his villagers, mega builds, diamond enchanted armour, +tools, anddd elytra, AND HE GETS NETHERITE TOO!?
I like the editing style, it feels like a fwip editing but still with your personality 😊 I really like it and it works for this series cause I take inspiration from your builds so seeing your process helps me understand how to improve my own builds! keep it up!
It's absolutely magnificent ❤️ I was thinking, wow that floor is beautiful & then you did the ceiling... 😱gorgeous 🥰🌈 I'm excited & inspired to try some of those colors & blocks together myself. Can't wait to see what's next!
Was it worth it absolutely, I love the flower in the middle with the roots of the epic tree coming down in to the room, so much work and so many chests, are you going to make an item sorter that will be lots of work but kind of useful great series and looking forward to seeing next episode 😁🌷😎.
Dye your shulker boxes to green so they won't be noticable when you start your shulker mess. I love the interior of the storage room! The use of glazed terracotta is so good and I love all the mangrove.
I'd like to congratulate Joel on inventing the world's first ever 8-sided hexagon.
Actually it’s a circle
Lmao thank you for saying this. I thought I was going insane
Came looking for this comment :P thnx! I would love some 8 sided hexagons in my world, so much easier then the oldschool 6-sided ones ;)
Which is an octagon :>
@@leeannflores8478 that was the joke....
this world honestly has some of the best builds you've ever made in my opinion
I wholeheartedly agree, but I can’t ruin the 69 likes ;-;
@yes did you just plug a pizza video?
@yes dont spam your link
and yes i agree!
I agree, this is one of the most interesting series separate from the main series ^^
I agree

Anyone else think Joel should get another cat so Muddy can have a friend?
he has three in the cave though???
he got berry for him last time
@@purgatoryproductions310 I mean like actually for muddy and like It can be with Muddy
Muddy and Sandy!
Muddy must be the head of mayors, maybe a king, even an emperor!
little tip, you should harvest your crops with fortune 3, it gaves you way more drops than without it
Yeah but it applies this to the seeds instead of wheat, which is the only thing he's worried about.
@@tornadey018 but he can use the seeds to make bone mill which he can then use to grow the wheat faster resulting more wheat
@@Bloxxly It's a manual farm which means he would have to bonemeal every single plant by hand. Not worth it
@@misterscottinthewaywhile that's true, since crops are a trade that's actually quite useful despite it being manual. He also uses it in some blocks that he uses.
I do get more wheat as well, but i geuss thats bedrock thing then

Could not agree more!
Muddy is in need of a home!
Petition to let muddy walk free for once in 400 days
Definitelyyyyyy
He also needs another cat as a friend instead of the donkey
MUDDY MANSION!!!!!!!
Yes!!!
Crazy impressed with how you managed to make such a massive block-palette look so cohesive & aesthetically pleasing.
It’s to the point where it doesn’t even look like it took effort- it just looks like it was always meant to look like that. It looks very natural, if that makes sense ?

Genuinely loved watching the interior process, it’s really cool to be able to watch it all come together so nicely
i really liked this slower paced, walk through approach to the video. time lapses are great too, but it's nice to see the process behind things
Can we just appreciate how much work and effort goes into his videos, just wow 🤩
14:15 do not ignore that lil scream i love it
Your videos are so inspiring! Love to watch them
You amaze me every time with these builds. You pull out the most random blocks that I would think don't go together until you prove me wrong
Beautifull! The wold's most Octagonist Hexagon that I have ever seen!
The dedication put into this, constant grinding of just picking up blocks and then not only making it look just beautifully united. I wouldn't have thought these different blocks would work so good together
I love Joel's hardcore vids!!
My king delivers on my time of need
your videos make me so happy, thank you for everything you do!
Hi Joel. Amazing video! You can use fortune pickaxe or fortune hoes to get more wheat from a singular crop!
Does that actually work? I thought it just increased the amount of seeds
the builds in this world are insane and i wish i could build like that tbh
literally binged this entire series last night and was hoping the next one would come out soon :)
9:11 that is the sound of someone who realizes he might have to chop even more wood to get all those materials back.
I love seeing Joel back in a very overgrown phase and it reminds me of xlife and his amazing builds
Alright, I'm back. I saw this episode a bit through and watched your whole series up to this point. Very rarely do I do that.

The amount of creativity is insane to me. I would've never thought about mixing these blocks together. It turns out so amazing
Amazing job on the build Joel. It looks wonderful. Love the colors you chose!!
i loveeee seeing all the lesser used blocks in your builds, the creativity is incredible
I really enjoyed the non-timelapse episode! It is fun watching a timelapse but I think I definitely got more out of the building process by watching you walk us through it :)
That shroomlight gathering was so satisfying that i had to write a comment about it, thank you joel, great videos!
I really enjoyed this video, and the build at the end was beautiful!
Joel's shroomlight song was a legitimate bop
Love how you explain how you build !
I’m in love with this world especially the builds and your wonderful and kind cat, muddy!
Oh my gosh I LOVE the part with the shroomlight harvesting to the beat!! Epic stuff
just binge watched this whole series in like 2 hours haha anyways love the video and the interior looks absolutely stunning
Absolutely love the way you walked us through building the floors!
only joel could make birch planks, diorite, and lime glazed terracotta feasible and actually look good in a build

The chest room is soooo pretty. I LOVE all the colors and patterns and those flowers up top. Everything you create is beautiful. 🙏🏼❤️❤️❤️
Your eye for design and color is amazing to me. I always feel inspired after watching you build.
one thing that always amazes me is how joel can build so well in so many different styles, this is what makes him such an amazing builer
I love this world its small and compact so its easy to keep track of where everything is
i like when he walks through the building steps because it makes me think i could learn how to build!

Awesome Episode! Really nice looking interior!
This was interesting to watch after seeing you talk about building on fishing with fwhip.
Joel: "I'm terrible at hardcore."
Also Joel: surviving almost 500 days.

Joel is the most complete minecrafter. He can do literally anything. He mines and crafts like no other.
The shroomlight song was fantastic and just makes me realize how many hours you spent making these videos so creative and entertaining
It is nice to see Joel doing some interior aswell, as whenever I build interiors I am always stuck
this interior is one of your best builds imo i love it
Joel IS indeed the best in building.
Confirmed by someone.
I like the trap door over the shroom light to make lights. So simple but such a cool look.
