  • This is the second video in a series to help you learn how to read Lenormand cards. Lenormand cards are not read singly. They are read in groups, most commonly in pairs. There is a strict rule about the direction to read them: Top to bottom, left to right. To make these connections easier, I’ve devised this simple “Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich” exercise. Practice every day and you will be on your way to becoming a great Lenormand card reader!

    Lenormand Combinations (“Sandwiches”) in this video:
    Horse & Mountain: Challenges getting news and information
    Ship & Ring: A journey that you promised to take. Traveling with a loved one.
    Lilly* & House: Job security. Work* that you do from your home.
    Scythe & Clover: You’re in for a bumpy ride, but with a little bit of luck it won’t be quite so bad.
    Birds & Fox: Malicious gossip.
    Bear & Star: Bosses/Authority figure that assists you and give you hope. This bear is trying to help you out, perhaps help you get a promotion. (No promotion is guaranteed.) You will have to impress Mr. Bear. The Bear is a gatekeeper.
    Woman & Tower: For a gentleman, the most significant woman in his life. The woman is (emotionally) remote or (literally) lives far away. Or she works for a university or a correctional facility. Or works for the government.
    Letter & Key: An important letter! Perhaps it will unlock a secret for you!
    Sun & Coffin: Your current period of luck and success is coming to an end.
    Tree & Mouse: Small health issues.
    (and Mouse & Tree): Worries about family.
    Flowers & Snake*: A gift that has some strings attached. (The gift is a bribe*.)
    Man & Heart: For a woman, this indicates that her most important man has a kind heart, or that she is currently in a relationship with him. For a man, this indicates that he is doing something that he cares about. He is following his passion.
    Garden & Moon*: Going to a celebration where you are seen in a positive way. Or you are the person of honor, such as a birthday party!
    Path & Cross: Heavy, serious decision to make.
    Dog & Stork: Your best friend is going to travel. Or your best friend is moving far away.
    Child & Whip: A teenager is being irritating.
    Fish & Anchor: Success in your self-employment. Stable self-employment. Security and wealth.
    Book & Clouds: Information that you don’t understand. Information or secret is confusing. (But will become clearer in time.)

    You are the best teacher one can learn from. I would want to learn more association of lenormand cards with their playing cards connection.

    Love Lenormand! You make it so much easier to learn to read these cards. There isn’t anyone near me that can read nor teach Lenormand and it’s been hard for me to teach myself. So happy you’re back and I’m seeing things clearer in my effort to learn Lenormand through you. Thank you!

    for the one with the sun and the Coffen . I dont see it as a sequence a success that will come to an end as this will be like present and future card but it is not it is a subject clarified by the second card. Meaning, it is a success in ending a situation that draw u back or ending an ubusive relation

    • @georginatoland
      @georginatoland  Před rokem

      This would be appropriate perhaps for a reading where the querent had asked about ending a relationship…and if the cards were in the reversed order.

    Hi Gerogina, thanks a lot for your work, it is really helpful for me. I have a doubt in the combination sun+coffin, what would be the combination to read that the success (sun) is provoquing an slow change in the person? Cheers and thank you again!!

    • @georginatoland
      @georginatoland  Před 9 měsíci

      Thank you for your kind words! This is merely a two-card exercise, but I can also see where in the course of an actual reading for someone who is perhaps tentatively making changes in their life, that the Sun + Coffin could be well-meaning attempts to change, but meeting strong resistance. Sun as the awareness of the need to change and even knowing what needs to happen…and then the Coffin as the stubborn refusal to do the work to move forward, stopping the process.

    If the querent is a man, you say the gentleman card represents him. And if the querent is a woman, the gentleman represents her favorite man. Does this mean that a male querent can't get information about his favorite man (his dad, his son) ? 🤔

    • @georginatoland
      @georginatoland  Před rokem +1

      The Child card would be his son. For secondary male characters, a traditional technique is to utilize the playing card correspondences. For example, one’s elderly male relative is represented by the Lilly (King of Spades).
      To take that example even further, The Tree followed by the Lilly could be interpreted as the health issues of an elderly relative.
