I have similar issues but my doctors only treat symptoms, antihistamine like loratidine and zatofen have lifted my life alot, i was having so much histamine that my ears were inflamed and i was always dizzy and vertigo , and one thing has happened is that now i dont get runny flu...my nose is dry , having body hair fall...thanks to antihistamine that i can walk now and perform task...from Pakistan...would love to discuss with doctor about my misery...my skin is full of rashes marks...

Do you consult for people who have developed escalate issues/insulin resistance and have complex health issues?
She mentioned spinal injury. Is there any connection between having a csection and sibo? ..because you get the spinal tap and are left with scarring
In looking into histamine tolerance issues I stumbled upon SIBO. which it sounds like I also have. Yet it seems the reparative diet for SIBO largely contradicts the diet for histamine intolerance. So what are you supposed to do then?
