Usually Italian food can be a bit limited in terms of format and category, but this one certainly has its specialty! This one is also dubbed as New Italian.

The lasagna could actually be called rotolo. Normally sheets of pasta with filling rolled, steamed and then fried. Looks great.

Great video and a wonderful restaurant. I have chosen some great ones lately. But I do want to let you know that at 1.26 that is zebra-striped caramelle and not ravioli. Keep up the great work.
Yeah that candy thing looked quite different from ravioli but that’s what the server told us. It’s an off the menu item.

The Lasagna is more a cut rotolo (really not fond of it), the "ravioli" are caramella pasta, the "pizza" is more a simple flatbread. Overhyped IMO😇
I understand that English isnt your first language, but I thought you would want to know that Its not called margarita sauce. Its marinara sauce.
Oh! I didn't even realize I said that! Yeah, it's Marinara, but it would be cool if someone come up with a Margarita sauce tho.
