Easy Matcha Cupcakes with Whipped Matcha Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

1 Box White Cake Mix (I used Betty Crocker)
1 Box Vanilla Pudding (I used Jello Brand)
2 tbsp Matcha Powder
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
4 Eggs
~ Frosting ~
1 Block Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Matcha Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream or Heavy Whipping Cream

Scrape the Mixing Bowl while making the frosting and whip for about 5-8 Minutes
