This is a special native delicacy enjoyed by Africans especially Nigerians. It is a combination of oven roasted plantains also referred to as Bole, oven roasted yam, fried tilapia and mackerel fish and native ugba (Ukpaka) sauce. I hope you try out this recipe soon!
