There seems to be a mistake in the description. Let's face it, even without the murdered parents and kidnapped stuff, he'd be lost and helpless without Sebastian. You can hardly call him powerful when it's his demon butler accomplishing everything for him
Well tbh without sebastian he would be dead already , but i think its cause ciel’s soul is strong like its bigger then his actual appearance. Which is why sebastian was so shocked he was the one who summoned him because he is so small. He is pretty powerful well his spirit is atleast , as sebastian says he has a high quality soul and we see it time again he isnt a regular 13 yr old & even though Sebastian does the heavy lifting he kinda suppose to ciel is nobleman he feels its his birthright to be treated as royalty he not to do anything but the one thing he is good at which is thinking. Im curious to see how they relationship ends because they seem to good a match

Yes, it is canon. Only season 2, and parts of season 1 are not canon.
