Since its release27 years ago, there has been 8 Copyright infringement cases, the biggest was MCCann TVC company in Sydney Australia during the 2011 Rugby World Cup in NZ. for implimenting 2 minutes of the song Tama A Samoa in a MasterCard TV promo.and pleaded guilty of Copyright infringement when Apra was called. MCCann paid conpensation.
