So... Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White, accompanied by Joan of Arc, Mulan, and Thor team up together to take down a giant mech piloted by the Little Old Lady Who Lived in a Shoe. This is why I really appreciate how unique RWBY is.

While Goldilocks and Belle fight the beast. It's really hilarious when you think about their inspirations instead of the actual characters.

yeah since all the (main) characters are based off of either fairytales or other figures (in the case of jnpr) penny is based off of pinnochio. so its kinda 👀 that they decided to put pinnochio in there rather than some other fairytale

The "Mirror Mirror who's gonna lose it all?" gets me, as it just references how Weiss seemed to always rely on it and now she's just using it to roast.
Actually, the fight could've gone either way, as the song points out. The best team RWBY can boast is that they can fight on equal terms with a giant robot. Which is pretty impressive!
And yes, they do manage to at least disable the cannon and pin it down. They would have had no answer to the giant drill arm, though. Maybe sustained firepower could get through the glass on Cordovin's cockpit?

@@thedarklordx Civilians who are highly trained in combat, confiscated a military aircraft with about 24 rockets if I had to take a guess from memory, trespassed, attacked military soldiers, the majority of them are from the other nations, and are making Atlas look horrible.

There's tensions between atlas and mistral so should the atlas millitary be attacking mistral civilians?

@@thedarklordx 1. Weiss attacked the two odd guards/pilots, and "they clearly wanted to go to Atlas" is besides the point. They still took possession of an armed military plane, and while they do know that Ruby's group wants to go to Atlas, they can't be completely certain on why, though they can take a good guess. Thus, there is a security issue.
2. Cite the point of time in the two videos where the mistral civilians were attacked. The only harm that occurred was a moderate tremor through part of the city, the uninhabited coastline now has a few marks and walls due to the battle caused by both sides, and the two groups. The Mistral civilians were never attacked in the two episodes.
3. No, they should not, but we're dealing with the military, whose aircraft, that is armed, was stolen. Caroline, if we go by these cold, hard facts, could label Ruby's group as threats to Atlas, or in other words, terrorists. Now, should the military shoot armed terrorists that are going to their capital in a situation where the military outpost can't contact the capital to alert them through their communication systems? Most definitely, especially when the world is falling apart.
Well, the fight did start in the episode titled "Stealing from the Elderly". They should've expected this response from antagonizing the Atlas military, if the rest of the command staff are anything like James "Send In the Whole Air Fleet" Ironwood.

I think she should dispose of her men to catch everyone instead of bringing out a robot meant for big Grimms. She is doing her job but she stretch too much on it . Maybe it's time for retirement
La Fe _10 you realize that these people are trained huntsmen and huntresses and she knows that, and they are doing a serious crime. Which also she wanted to make an example out of the Atlas military, which she said in episode 10. Yeah she is to cocky and going a bit overboard, but still she is a “villain” to the plot, she kinda needs to be.

She asked Weiss to tell about her with winter. They're doing a crime, but argus base sure has far better resources to use against the crew; remember how worried qrow was about fighters? Best course of action would be send them and raid the crew by ground. Instead he bought out a big mecha to take down one air enemy. she wanna show her abilities, she wanna be bathed in glory. She wanna be recognised. And thus, she abuse of her power, endangering Argus city, Weiss's life (atlasian citizen), and leaving her base uncovered. Fact is Adam had few problems entering and killing off some soldiers, cause their leader is to busy in showing off. Cordo is not a villain for sure, and the crew is breaking multiple laws. But she's not an hero either: her glory seeking blinded her, both her judgement and ability as fighter

I love this song. It's a bit absurd and seems to exist only to hype one fight in the season, and yet it's just so much fun. Mostly because I love seeing the stupid look on Cordova's face as she gets her ass handed back to her in four story tall pieces.

I LOVED THIS SONG SO MUCH!! The episode with this song was absolutely AMAZING! And adorable! The fight scenes were incredible! There was also some Sweet Bumblebee moments, WhiteRose moments, and team Jnpr moments! And a secret that we have been waiting for for so long!

Regardless of how awesome this song is and how much Caroline deserved to lose, I'm glad the giant robot put in such a good showing. She's lasted three episodes and is still going strong!
Caroline is true patriot of her country. But obviously she will lose. Because scenarist cant let main characters lose. Even through bunch of ex-cadets, who attacked military base and stealed airship for "great mission" (to kill their teacher's ex-wife) are the ones who really deserve to lose.
Sad, but heroes of rwby become more and more marysueish. They do stupid and/or dangerous for everubody actions, but still always win. And one poor granny cannot stop them.

For starters, "Kill" their teacher's ex-wife? Impossible. You wanna talk about Mary Sues? Look no further than Salem with her magic, Grimm powers, flawless planning skills, and absolute immortality. The best we can hope for is that she's been systematically wiping out anyone with silver eyes because they work on her. Maybe lock her in stone forever.
The show and writing certainly have problems, but the main characters aren't the root of it. When your villains are already overpowered way beyond any sane measure, your heroes have to have many advantages of their own just to not die immediately. If Cinder had stuck around to fight Ruby and Glynda in the first episode, everything would be lost. Or never mind Cinder -- Roman Torchwick, the lowliest henchman in Cinder's employ, was above and beyond anything Ruby could throw at him.
I'm going to love the full version of this one, I just know it.

I loved that fight, the whole arrangement included bits and pieces of everyone's main songs. Picked up especially on Qrow's Bad Luck Charm during his bit.
I love the full-on fairy tale allusions and nursery rhymes that this song uses in nearly every verse. I appreciate the meta-narrator sense that this whole song inspires. It really meshes with the fast action of the scene in which its played. I have loved all of their songs with RWBY but this one feels so inspired and fits the somewhat more fantastical nature the show seems to be headed in.
