Lean forward! It's always better to fall forward than slip out like that. Just remember to always keep you're shoulders in line with the bolt's, keep it strong and square

You’ll be alright that’s how you learn to skate, don’t lean your body all the way back just bend your knees a bit and lift the board. When your going off ledges you want to be prepared to keep your weight down so tilting all the way back is not going to go smoothly… ever.
All I can say is never lean out like that, always be ready to break your wrist before taking on any head injuries, fall like ur jumping into bed with your hands covering your face, like a pillow, it’s hard to explain but never worry more about breaking your wrist then a jaw or taking on any head injuries if possible & never be afraid & let yourself know every time you go hit the streets or park that you will probably break something today so that way it won’t be so unexpected.

The roll up was a clear indication shit was about to go down. She was either rolling switch and not comfortable with or she had no business even trying a curb yet.
A quick tip from a beginner that is pretty good at soft landing with decent speed and word from others bend your knees and when you fall use that to fall forward
