We have to be honest about what we want and take risks rather than lie to ourselves and make excuses to stay in our comfort zone. Remember, growth begins when you step out of what hinders you to be successful. *DO IT even if it means doing something that scares you the most.*
I failed twice. I applied back in January 2020 and failed the values assessment. Applied again this month and still failed the values assessment. Just a suggestion, I guess for those who are really interested and would like to be part of your family, I hope there's some type of feedback mechanism that can be shared to the applicants to be able to understand what that person is missing and then work on it to eventually and hopefully get to join your family. :) Thank you.
