Minho was a perfect host for this!!! He's really the perfect ambassador! I also thought this conversation was wonderful and very meaningful for young athletes. Cho Jungmyung made a beautiful point that mental health is harder to build than physical strength, I liked that phrasing a lot and will use it going forward.
