This show has been one of the most delightful things for me to discover. It interests me and helps me greaty to go to bed. I must ask, why are there so many segments available on this CZcams channel but so few full episodes? Are the full episodes lost in some way? Hard to convert for uploading? Or is it just a deliberate choice by the creators/rights holders? The full episodes have such wonderful little bits between each segment and they're so enjoyable. This show really is something else for me.
Thanks. many shows were taped over and those that remain sometimes have people who have died, places that no longer exist but mostly music that gets a copyright challenge if we use it although we bought all the rights. We do occasionally put up a whole episode just to show people what the original show was like - Rob

Worth mentioning that 142857 is the repeating decimal part when dividing by 7, which I think is why the trick only works from 1 to 6.

the card trick, I think the combinations are also divisible by 9.
yeah ok, the curiosity got the better of me "pun intended", a bit of google it's called a Kaprekar number. the number in the show was 1/7 number, and multiplied by 7 is 999999.. hence divisible by 9. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/142857

@@Jawst Tech-Moan would say the Wow and Flutter would be off the scale on this one.
It looks like the video hasn't been deinterlaced when transferring from tape to digital (obvious combing on moving scenes). The quality would be much improved were the second half of every frame included! Aside from that, always great to see your content!
It's still way better picture quality than when I watched this show as a kid, the TV reception wasn't great for Channel 9. Often black+white, constant snow, audio scratchy, ghosts everywhere. This video is luxury!
@@boomstand2872 Haha yeah, I know what you mean. I was fortunate to live on a relatively high point and so the rooftop aerial had little trouble with the major stations. SBS was a different story, but aside from the New Years Day concert I don't recall my family ever watching anything on SBS!
