    I am totally agree with you that Sabah has the most expensive housing price in Malaysia. I myself as Sabahan is so frustrated and sad with the house price here. Bought my unit for own stay here but when it comes for investment, there’s no way can make money one. There’s so many units are remain unsold because they’re selling the unit with the future price 10 years ahead. 10:42

    I'm a Penangites, and after going through all the surveys, studies etc, given that I had the choice to opt between a condo in Penang, vs the one in Klang Valley, for investment, I ended up going for the one in Klang Valley, and really glad that you bring up a point of Batu Kawan, and I glad I am on the right path.

    what if one is 45yo and have not purchased any property? continue to rent or just buy? lambat la because still looking, taking a long time to find something favorable, only able after 40yo to purchase and all the other points you mentioned earlier on in this vid.

      What did he do for the past 20 years then? And since he’s been renting for so long, I don’t see anything wrong with 10-20 more years of that. But I will suggest to start investing. Start looking for projects where the rent can cover the monthly installments. It will not be easy, especially with the higher age and shorter loan tenure. Starting late is not a problem, it will a problem to rush into investments.

    I can only found one project near to your description, which is Solasta Dutamas. Only 3 room left at 650k, and there are high voltage cables beside I quite concerned. 😂😂But if you speak of convenience, it's really near to KTM Segambut, which is very nice.

    My ambitions at 71 years to buy more land now i bought land in Bandar baru Kedah and house for reant in Penang area one more hour PARIT BUNTAR Kerian Perak near maiden and one more apartment in melay mensiont misjit India tinkat 8 kl be active if your old don't now i am trying to get land in bagan tiang padi feel about 130; ooo considering about it have a meeting with my wife and children they are asking me to stop pray to Allah daily and zikir subannallh consider it alamdullila
