UFO Sighting - Greensboro, NC

I release weather balloons on the side and I saw what appeared to be a weather balloon in the sky, while I was waiting for the weather balloon I had released to reach burst altitude.
I recognized that it appeared slightly different than how a normal weather balloon appears aloft, albeit sometimes during the summer months they do appear like a star in the sky as they are reaching burst altitude.
As one can see in the last video clip shown, it definitely was not the weather balloon I had released. It hovered in the sky and slowly deviated to the southeast. Looking at star charts to see if there was a bright evening star in the sky, non were found.
Could it be a balloon from the network of balloons Google wanted to establish at one point for providing internet? Could it have been a weather balloon someone had released for fun? It's hard to say. I observed it in the sky even after I returned home. It's clearly not a flying saucer or Martian though.
What is this unidentified flying object, or should I say unidentified hovering object? Any ideas? Please leave a comment and let me know what you think it might be.

I actually just saw that same thing today around 8:30am 08/09/2020 in Greensboro. Assuming it's some sort of weather balloon surveying after the 5.1 earthquake in western, NC. It kinda sat there for about 30 minutes and then when it was done, it moved out. It also looked like there was something faint, maybe a drone, flying around it.

Were you filming to catch the weather balloon ? Why no zoom?
