Its at the base, bottom of the tank a rubber seal of very good quality...easy to pull and plug it back...u will also find the groove for the 5th caster wheel...
I got this one from amazon at 6999 inclusive after a discount of 1000₹ via HDFC bank card offer on 20th April 24..only this particular model had 2 yrs warranty and copper motor with 18 inches fan with 5 blades ..I am highly satisfied with the awesome quality...very very top quality..sound us also very less like buzzing of bees...I use only low speed and without ice, as it cools sufficiently as per my need...tank 65 litres 8s more than enough for 16 hours of continuous running when weather is dry and very hot...I am going to buy one more during off season for my kids bedroom seperately. No water spillage n I use the spare flexible pipe of my AC system for filling water..AC use has gone below 30 minutes to 1 hour on some days as compared to previously being used for almost 16 hours a day..this time I will happy with electric bills, as I've AC for my bedroom and parents bedroom, and bills were literally very hefty for summer seasons...u can buy it, counting upon me n if u want I can give u my number and show u the cooler via video call, bcoz I like helping others especially when I get good deals...

Size is big . Cooling is good.
Price is comparatively less . But i did not find the hole to remove all water from the cooler.

Noice is moderate . It will not disturb you while sleeping but you cannot have a meeting or do phone call with cooler being on
