Solo Camping in the SNOW on the side of a Mountain

- I set out on this solo hike to experience my very first snow camp in the mountains. There was a dusting of snow in the forecast, but that was enough to get me really excited!! A lucky find also of the perfect wild camping spot with amazing valley and mountain views, topped off this epic camp.

Great video, Richie! Could really feel the cold temperature, especially day two with the snowfall. No music is great by the way. I think I’ve realised that for my own videos as well - music is often just distracting (possibly because it’s used wrongly). I think most viewers just want to be drawn into your experiences and great audio from the location is hence highly critical. You got a new sub now:) cheers from Norway, Oistein.

Under such weather - it’s a must to have fire set up.
It’s too cold ! Too dangerous !
I'd love to be able to have a fire, but the National Park I camp within, doesn't allow open fires of any kind which is a shame.
