Rocky Gap Trail - Allegheny National Forest - "More Difficult" Loop

I wanted to record a booth loops on the Rocky Gap Trail in the Allegheny National Forest but I was only able to record the "more difficult" loop aka the easier loop. I really love this trail. I've been riding it since I was about 16 years old. I'm blessed to still be riding it at 52. I'll try to get the other loop in soon.

Their labeling is a bit confusing. The way the ANF labels trail difficulty is "easiest" then "more difficult" then "most difficult". This was the easier of two loops labeled as "more difficult". The other loop is a little harder labeled as "most difficult". It's a LOT easier than it was 25 years ago. There was very little trail maintenance so back then it was nothing but ruts, rock, mud and tree roots.
