Once I found the the dancers handle coupled with the bonecrusher I have not looked back, while I always try out different combinations of handles and blades the I find afterwards I still find the range and stager potential of this weapon to be great especially after the patch it's my favourite so far and am having a ton of fun finding new difficult looking enemies and just crushing them with my charge attack especially when taking both charge attack upgradeds
Great video. People are sleeping on the Trident though! Can get to “A” scaling with a crank, great crit rate, powerful R2 and great range. Pair it with the assassins amulet and watch your crits pour in
It's cool...Nameless puppet sword is better tho
Been using the trident for my whole ng+ run, absolute beast
best weapon in the game imo, followed by the bonecutter and two dragon sword
The charged R2 on the Trident is ridiculous. It's super fast and has tons of range

Been using the booster glaive (both the handle and blade), it has served me VERY well so far, it's my personal Ol' Faithful🖤
The Spear of Honor Rapier setup melted everything in the game for me. It gets the same speed as the great sword with an additional 52 damage fully upgraded. A true beast and if used correctly can easily match most heavy hitting weapons in the game with the advantage of more hits in between dodges etc. The Murder handle is another great option if you dont like the backstep of the rapier handle. Im glad you didnt sleep on the greatsword rapier setup! Its dope.
Fir the dragon sword your forgot the tap R2 that does a strike wile backing up followed by a charged R2 that does 2 bug strikes.
Also when you tap light attack with a direction you can dash during the hit multiple times. This weapon is incredible by the amount of playstyles you can have in one weapon

Advance builds with the three status weapons has worked wonders for me in this game
The boss trident weapon is the best weapon when you combine it with the crit amulet. It also has one of the best charge attacks in the game in my op

The Live Puppet Axe has the highest normal damage in the game, pair it with the Booster Glaive handle (which makes it a technique weapon) and you got a hard hitting weapon with good range and a gap closer with it's charge. Only downsides is that it's normal attacks are a little slow and it's heavy.
Yesss, I've been using the booster glaive handke for the majority of my playtrough and once I slapped the puppet axe on it, I can't go back, I sometimes swap it for trident for trickier bosses but that weapon-handle combo is almost flawless!
Just started lies of P a week or two ago. Currently using technique build with wrench head and booster glaive lower. The damn thing stuns near everything on a heavy and the slam attack with ability charges does amazing. Wanna say I 4 or 5 shot the king of puppets on my first shot.
I would love to hear more people's unique weapon combos. Bone saw on booster handle is my favorite. Live puppet axe on master chef handle is good too.
Trie bone saw on shovel handle. Plus reach and attack power for one fable bar ;)
yeah these guides are great, but honestly besides the few weapons that are clearly a cut above the rest in terms of versatility, there's an incredible number of options that are all pretty balanced and get style points for being ridiculous looking.
Archbishop Trident is very strong. Very underestimated in my opinion.
The dancers with bone’s heavy attack isn’t as good because the charge heavy’s second hit puts me into a pause so I always get hit after doing it.

The Ripper and Twin Dragons sword are super fun to wreck enemies.
I played the whole game until the puppet master with the starter rapier and it was easy with it until him. I oouldnt beat him with the rapier so i tried a new weapon and made my self a shovel handle saw blade and this thing carrys me trough the game after the puppet king. Its super strong super stagger and the reach and damage when you activate the shovel handel and insane ;) Also its still fast blocks 60% of damage and can do vertical and horizontal attacks and thrust. Best combi for me with 4 attacks talisman you melt bosses. You should trie it out.
I finished the game without doing anything other than charge attacks with booster glaive (with its own handle). Absolute unit

@@MordarimI run a technique build never used it...ever since I got two swords dragon katana that's all I been using know that weapon like the back of my hand...and now I'm using Nameless puppet sword...I'm on NG++

Honestly been holding off on pushing through until you inevitably got to the technique weapons;) motivity just didn’t speak to me in this game despite being an unga bunga enjoyer in every other souls like.
Great content and now I have a better idea of what I’m looking toward instead of just upgrading the rapier because it feels so nice… damage be damned the moveset is engaging as hell.
Looking for recs for a very high level. My motivity and technique are both at 57 and I only get a point of damage every other point i put in. I wanna find something that scales in all 3 motility/technique/advance
capacity scales extremely good into high lvls allowing for 30% loadouts with high defences.
@@Mordarim is there a benefit of being 30% vs being under 80%? I’m never in the slightly heavy category regardless. Just trying to find a weapon that can put out more damage but I might be SOL
Yes, under 30% gives you a MUCH better dodge and your regen stamina faster. Its really good.
