Hey it's the 76 year old grandma, Now that is going to church as far as I am concerned, had more supernatural experience with God, driving down the highway, radio or cd player turned up, singing praises to God as I drove to work or coming home, or going anywhere as far as that goes, don't need to be in a church building to meet with God, He is right there with you at all times, just start to praise Him and He shows up. Home free is a great accapella group love to here them sing.

I'm a die hard Home Fry, and I love their versions of How Great Thou Art and My Church, but i'm perfectly okay with the fact that not everyone loves every Home Free video. I'm sure you like some songs\videos that I would think are horrible. If everybody liked the exact same thing, the world would be a pretty boring place! That being said, you never said Home Free had no talent or that the video was horrible... you just weren't impressed with the song. I'm fine with that. I'd rather you give your honest opinion... I'm a Preacher's Kid. When it comes to common church songs they have to be Spectacular in order for me to notice the differences. I've heard some songs by everyone from the Mormon Tabernacle Choir to Elvis sing it.

Concerning your opening comments, some individuals just can't deal with the fact that people have different tastes in music (p.s. I didn't think it was one of Home Free's better performances either - I preferred this one much better). I personally thank God that people DO have different tastes. That is how we end up with so many different genres and styles of music to enjoy. I'm sure there is a lot of music I enjoy that you may not and vice versa. The great thing is that we can share our tastes, have a discussion, and appreciate a different perspective. I think you do a great job of being honest and you do it in a respectful manner - I don't see anything wrong with that.

It doesn't matter even if you were bored. Some songs simply do not bring out any emotion in you. That doesn't mean you don't like the song. It just means that it didn't particularly touch you, like other songs may do. That's no reason to get angry or hateful. Been following Home free since they got started. They are very talented. They were on a show called Sing Off. Another group they competed against was Pentatonix. Home Free won that year and Pentatonix won the following year.

I discovered Home Free couple years ago now I think. And I do very much enjoy their music. And I totally get you when it comes to subjective things like liking a song or... Spaghetti LOL. I have been served way too much of something before and got quite tired of it. Doesn't make the worth thing I knew last I just am not into it anymore. And just because it's in the hymnal does not mean that it's a totally amazing song to everybody even though they are a Christ follower. And that's why we also like a reaction video hey we're checking out does this guy who doesn't listen to the stuff I listen to like the stuff that I like. And sometimes you're not going to like what I like, imagine that LOL. There's a good buddy of mine at church and we're always teasing each other cuz he can't stand my country music and he still hasn't convinced me on his type of music that he thinks of as awesome. Thanks for trying out new stuff I've done it too and have discovered songs I never knew I would like considering how much I enjoy country music and it is a part of the foundation my music Joy.

I hope you check out their performance of “Ring of Fire” from The Sing Off. Tim (the bass) hits an absolutely crazy low note that blows the judges away. I also recommend their original songs. Anything that doesn’t say “Cover” on their CZcams channel is original. My favorite is “Crazy Life “

Someone ran a test with equipment against several singers that have low range and he was found to have the lowest clear note of all low range singers.

Been following Home free since they got started. They are very talented. They were on a show called Sing Off. Another group they competed against was Pentatonix. Home Free won that year and Pentatonix won the following year.

The high tenor, Austin Brown grew up singing gospel with his daddy. This song reminds me of the Florida Boys Quartet from when I was a kid getting ready for church in Pensacola.

Thanks for giving Home Free another chance.. I am giving you another chance too.. Personally, I like the songs that they have the beat boxing the best.. Adam Rupp is phenomenal.. That was a taste of what he can do, but it was calm compared to some songs.. Some of my favorites of theirs is "May Day", "In The Blood" (not the church song).. They do "Man of Constant Sorrow" and although I don't like the song, they do a great job with it and I find myself singing it all day...

hello Mr Smith thanks so much for giving Home free another try. I do sincerely apologize for the other home fries who were mean in their comments. Honestly that surprising me,we're on the whole a very understanding,and gracious bunch. Also thank you for your courtesy and honesty in return. They've made so much music over the years,i enjoy their traditional, and untraditional take on classic songs. And all the original and more modern covers too. I see some of the fries already left some suggestion. If you please start with them,and give us more feedback on what you like more I'm sure Home free has done it. I discovered Home Free couple years ago now I think. And I do very much enjoy their music. And I totally get you when it comes to subjective things like liking a song or... Spaghetti LOL. I have been served way too much of something before and got quite tired of it. Doesn't make the worth thing I knew last I just am not into it anymore. And just because it's in the hymnal does not mean that it's a totally amazing song to everybody even though they are a Christ follower. And that's why we also like a reaction video hey we're checking out does this guy who doesn't listen to the stuff I listen to like the stuff that I like. And sometimes you're not going to like what I like, imagine that LOL. There's a good buddy of mine at church and we're always teasing each other cuz he can't stand my country music and he still hasn't convinced me on his type of music that he thinks of as awesome. Thanks for trying out new stuff I've done it too and have discovered songs I never knew I would like considering how much I enjoy country music and it is a part of the foundation my music Joy.

I hope you check out their performance of “Ring of Fire” from The Sing Off. Tim (the bass) hits an absolutely crazy low note that blows the judges away. I also recommend their original songs. Anything that doesn’t say “Cover” on their CZcams channel is original. My favorite is “Crazy Life “
Home Free vs The Filharmonic on Sing Off singing 'I'm Alright' by Kenny Loggins is so fun to watch! Highly recommend that if you get the time.

Never heard this either til now, but I sure do relate. This is the perfect time of year to roll my windows down and cruise the back roads, making my peace. I also have a little "church" in my back yard, amongst my lilies and ferns and roses. All kinds of ways to pray. ;)
