The 1st case is why I am scared of anyone gluing lashes to my eyes. They look beautiful, but never been able to wear falsies as it seems like too much of a risk, imo. Scary. The girl can't sue because of the contact she signed. Anybody can be allergic to the glue etc. You make that decision. Unless it was clear neglect, it is hard to prove. The lash tech did go out of her way to extend an offer to resolve the issue. The judge was right in her decision, imo. As a professional, the defendant should of not responded "she is broke etc." Gotta stay professional, you rep your brand at all times.

These girl running around wasting money on these eye lashes instead of putting their money to good uses.
Or even get a tube of mascara. I know that there are ones for different lash lenghts.
The issue was too much glue caused the problem. But ladies stop wasting your money and harming your eyes.
I thought the lashed looked good besides the gross eye infection, the vision was there but executed sloppy
I would have returned the frame to the plaintiff and let the defendant keep the picture.
But if the young lady was NOT satisfied with the eyelashes that were installed, WHY THEN did she agree to pay the lady for her service? Why not say right away, upfront... "Hey, I don't like this, its too long, and if I am paying you $250 or whatever it was, I want you to give me the look that I asked for. I don't wear such fuss and feathers as eyelash extensions and heavy makeup, and fake nails, but IF I were paying for a service and I was paying THAT MUCH for a service, I would want to be satisfied with how I look and I would CERTAINLY not trust a technician who only has 4 other installations under her belt to be STABBING my EYES, trying to put these lashes in. That was HER word, not mine. And it resulted in the young lady getting an infection in her eye.
Second case...SERIOUSLY??? You think THAT FRAME is worth $400 just by itself? I have bought a MUCH nicer one than that, from Hobby Lobby, for $40 AND had the picture professionally matted. You can see the painted edges of the canvas behind the frame...its like someone just stuck a frame over the painting, without fitting it properly. And it didn't really flow well with the painting, in my humble opinion.
This is EXACTLY WHY I DON'T GET PROFESSIONALLY DONE LASHES!!😮 I have my God-given lashes and will use just primer &/or mascara...NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!!

Case 2: Allrightie ... she can't be tooooo mad about the cheat ... she wants the painting ... wth??? I would've let him have it and waved goodbye to his sorry butt if he really did cheat. Guess I'm not like some people. *smh* I'd want him and anything associated with "us" as far awaaaaay from me as possible!!!
