Fans operate at 120 volts and a dimmer only supplies 90 volts so the fan is struggling to get the other lost 30 volts back creating a rough voltage basically and that is the noise you are hearing
@@watchingbased784We should not to get rid of this fan WE SHOULD GET RID OF LIGHT DIMMERS THAT CONNECTED TO CEILING FANS AND IT IS STICK AT THE BOOK RACK 💀💀💀
That dimmer switch stick at the book rack 😂
I definitely would not be able to sleep with that running all night
Well, i think i starting to realize why dimmer switch is bad for ceiling fan.
That happens to my living room ceiling fan because its old
Buzzy fan
What is the scraping sound
Wow
That is buzzy😊😊❤❤
It needs oil that what the celingfan needs
That's why we don't put non-variable-speed fans on variable-speed controls.
Yea…

You do not put dimmers on ceiling fans you put them on chandeliers
Can you try tightening the light kits
It's on a variable light switch so to get it fixed the switch needs to be replaced
Like that will do anything
Does it need oil?
