Never been doing in my kitchen jake thanks for reminding me to do this jelly colorful kung sa pinas palamig tried again on second maybe perfect na jake
yung dag dag na milk and condensed nakalabnaw ng consistency sa agar...the almond jelly must be use without any other additional liguid...follo the instruction given..and then reminder ...pour and mix the other gelatins when the agar is cool enough not when it is hot..tantiya tantya lang...kay naghalohalo ang kulay...congrats jake and jessie...
the original catedral window gelatin does not have milk, cream or condensed. Just white sugar. Yong milk ginawang opaque ang color ng gelatin. Dapat walang kahit anong milk or cream para maging transparent at makita ang design. Yong package instruction, sundin lang without adding any liquid at all. Marami ang gelatin mo kaya dapat damihan din ang agar-agar.
good morning kuya jake...nag try ako nyan hinalo ko muna yong white jelly powder, condensed & evap milk then niluto ko continue stir until nag boil then transfer sa nilagyan...sa aking experience lng yon😀

Ayos lang yan kuya Jake, next time perfect na. I think un ratio ng agar powder hindi match sa sukat ng liquids. Mr. Gulaman powder is the best for making gumalan/jelly desserts, easy instructions as well. Buy kyo ng marami sa grocery paguwi ng Pinas next time.

You should dissolve the agar agar in cold water then boil it. Otherwise it won't settle. With the amount of liquids you put you need 2 packets of agar agar.
Hindi balance yon agar sa liquid. Saka dapat niluto nyo rin para mag thicken. Hot water lang ginamit nyo. Tapos bago ilagay yon iba pinalamig muna para mag set ng konti kasi lulutang talaga yan.
Kc po, dapat hintayin muna maging firm ung first layer bago ilagay ung second layer...at saka lutuin muna ung gelatin, bago ito kumulo hanguin po at ibuhos sa mga nka-prepare na.
