To combat the consolidation of power into one endless prime ministership, Cambodia should follow the example of the United States, and only allow a prime minister to serve for two terms.
This should be a 4 year term for the prime ministership. If the prime minister loses the election or has served two terms, he or she should step down.
This system would insure that Cambodia has a genuine democratic nation and reduce nepotism and corruption.
