Colin is a tell because it lulls players into the false sense of security of just being able to 'throw away units' (You can't, but when you can obtain greater numbers, or superior tech, faster than your opponent, you don't get as punished as other CO's for taking absolutely stupid engagements, or failing to engage correctly). The fact this person COULD have freed the 7 HP MD Tank a number of ways, is just brilliant showing such ineptitude. It is likely that: Popping Goldrush (10:10) Full Hp Infantry Attacks 2HP Tank from West Tile - Probably pushes it to below 1HP. Slam the 1HP infantry unit into (It will die, creating space OR it will kill the tank) If the Tank lived the previous engagement, slam the 2HP infantry unit into it. (Ideally you'd have damage calc'd this, otherwise, just use the fucking Tank to dislodge it and just use the low HP infantry as blockers) The hilarious thing of sacking units and then not using the Tank to kill the blocking Tank (in order to free the MD Tank, the whole point of your attack - either out of embarrasment, or ineptitude - i'm guessing the latter) is just Icing. Typical low MMR Colin player.
The Hachi player is a (very frustrated) teammate who was allowed to pick a tier 0 CO because the two opponents aren't trash. However, we did still make some noob moves at that time. 7hp MD tank is trapped and targeted by the artillery, so the Colin player wants to liberate it. He doesn't use Damage Calculator and sacrifices his units without accomplishing his goal - at the end of the turn the MD tank is still trapped, despite so many attacks
@@crawfy48 To make things so much worse, he is trapped on a base... That means he won't be able to make a new unit that turn, and he just activated Colin's power to have extra money to build units. I should have done something to make that easier to see.
What's worse is a damage calculator is unnecessary here. Just shoot on the damaged tank with the full health tank and free the MD Tank, easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Right now as I'm writing this, I have an imprisoned neotank within artillery range in my GC2 R5 Sensei mirror match 😢 but I can still break free and my neo isn't baselocked like this md tank.
